Tom showed up the same day I called to request service. He took care of the issue within a couple of minutes at no cost. I was not expecting it to be free, but I will buy a new garage door and door opener from them due to their professionalism and excellent service. This door was initially installed by Ankmar, and not only that they installed a door that was known to be problematic due to water standing at the bottom on a masonite built door, but they never followed through on their service. I called Ankmar twice and talked to someone in service and I was told in both occasions that a service manager was going to call me back, which never happened.

Tom just came by as scheduled, despite horrible weather that included heavy snow and temperatures in the teens. It was a simple fix -- new wiring needed to the sensors. With my car still in my single-car garage, Tom made the repair in about 15 minutes, no muss, no fuss. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Precision.

Call on a Monday and was told a Technician could be out the next day. Our appointment was scheduled in the time frame of 4-6pm. Tom Lathrop our tech. called at 1:45 said he could do it at 2. Came right away and did a great job. Very informative and getting the job done right. We are so happy that our garage door is working properly like it should when he was done. Great Job Precision!!

I called webnesday mourning the appointment was for 8:00 am Thursday. Bill called about noon. To make this a short story short Tom came out about 2:45 and had my door repaired and working. Before he started he give me a price on replacing both springs I said Ok. When he got it apart you could see wear on the shaft it needed bearings. He installed two springs and bearings adjusted & lubed everything works great. All done same day Great Service. You could see Tom had experience knew what he was doing

We woke up this morning to a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Garage Door at 8:52 and made an appointment for a technician to come out between 10 and noon, with the caveat that if the tech could get here earlier that would be great too. Tom called me at 9:10 a.m. saying he would be here between 9:30 and 9:45. He showed up at 9:40 and not even an hour later, the door is fixed plus he replaced some parts that were either recalled or damaged. Tom was pleasant, professional and informative, and the price was VERY reasonable. I am beyond impressed with Precision's expertise and customer service!! I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
