The repairman, Zac, was able to work a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. That was wonderful because my car was trapped inside the garage! He did a safety check on the door and explained in detail what he could do-I chose to have the garage door repaired and he proceeded to work. He was very professional and worked quickly. I highly recommend Zac and Precision Door Service and am so thankful for the prompt and superior work. When I need a garage door opener and in the future a new door, I will call this business.

As always,Precision lives up to its name; very precise service, every time. Our last service was incredible. Not only was Jim on time, he came early!! He found nothing wrong with the garage door and just did a few tweaks, here and there. He could have tried to do unnecessary service. I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover a broken spring on my garage door, I called the last garage door company that serviced my account and was greeted by a voicemail message stating WE ARE CLOSED ! I searched on Google and found Precision Garage Door, I called them and was greeted by a pleasant service representative who delighted me by telling me there was an opening for a same day visit ! YEAH ! My service technician Bobby is a ROCK STAR ! he called me in advance of his arrival was polite, punctual and efficient clearly explaining my options and charges ! Our garage door opener died, due to a burned out controller circuit board. We called Precision, because they had serviced our garage door before. The tech, Bill, came out to our house in less than an hour. After diagnosing the problem, he had to call around to find a replacement circuit board. He installed the board the following morning. While inspecting the door, he found that the lift cables were frayed, so he replaced those as well. Less than 24 hours from initial call to service completed. Pretty good, Precision!

Greg showed up 10 minute early (good), and gave a couple of options with the prices. He said it would take about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later the work and the overview were complete. It did cost a little more than I expected, but it was a job well done (correctly).

I work in the real estate industry. The garage door broke 1 hour before the final walk through the night before closing. Mind you it was Sunday. I called and they had someone there within an hour. I asked him to work as fast as he could and he got an entire brand new system installed right before the buyers came to walk through the home!!! This company worked on my personal residence and that's how I had their number but I can guarantee they're my new go to for real estate and everything! Howdy, Your first repairman showed up and in five minutes spotted the problem, a broken spring for which he said he didn't have a replacement and would try to be back the next day but the day after that would be the best and the price would be $179.00, He said he would telephone me the next morning and let me know what was happening. He never called. We called on Wednesday and a different man came out and replaced the spring in an hour or less.

Garage door spring broke this Saturday morning around 9:30am, called at 9:45 am, they arrived at 10:30am and was fixed by 11:30am. Very happy I call them and have reasonable prices for new springs and installation. Never expected it to be fix that fast and will use them again. Highly recommend using them!

Quality work -- Caleb worked most of the day installing my new garage door and opener. He's a perfectionist, and would not leave until the door was installed and running perfectly. Arrived on time -- professional in all respects. You may be able to get the work done for less, but if you want the best this is the place.

Precision replaced the spring on our garage door in 2009 after it pretty much disintegrated, it dated originally from 2000. We had them back a couple of weeks ago to repeat this and give the door a general check-up since we didn't want a broken spring such as caused the problem last time. They did fine but we started having problems with it a couple of days ago. They came out this afternoon (Sunday) and fixed it. It could well be argued that this was a (kinda) separate issue so I would not have felt it unreasonable to have paid for it. However, they treated it as related to the original job and refused payment. I have to say these days, it's refreshing to find a company who claim to put customer service first and actually do so. I'd certainly recommend them - also friendly and helpful, which always helps when you have to have someone in your house (or in this case, garage.)
