I had another Garage company called to fix an opener problem. Called Sat eve, made an appt for Sun at 10am. By 1:00 pm they were still unable to get to me. I cancelled with them and called Precision. They responded with an appt choice for what was good for me. I asked for an evening on Monday. Greg called at 9:00 am and said he was in the area - would I like him to come by. Amazing!!! all done. I've got their # and will be the only one I call. Thanks Greg.

Bill was our technician and we couldn't be happier with his service! He was very courtesy, professional, on time, and went above and beyond. Not only did he fix our garage door, but he noticed the door leading into our house was a bit squeaky, so he put some lubricant on the hinges without any hesitation! Kuddos to Precsion Doors. Four years ago I had them replace a broken garage door springs and recommended I replace both in addition to a door tuneup which gareenteed the work for five years. Well one of my springs broke again. True to their word, they replaced both springs under the warranty at no cost except the service fee. It doesn't get any better then that. Greg came out to replace our broken spring. He was prompt and very informative. Changed both springs which he advised. The door is so quiet, seems to open and close so much better. Although after leaving, I noticed a gap under one side of the door like it wasn't level, I call the office and they sent Greg back after his current call. Greg said it was a minor adjustment and proceeded to fix. He did in about 3min, awesome job! Thanks to your company and the fine service you provide.

Precision responded within an hour and half from the time I called. The job was completed within an hour after that. The technician (Bill Nashwinter) was informitive, efficient, and courteous. Precision performed a new opener (motor) install 8 yrs. ago (w/keypad,etc.). Same great service; which is why I called them again this time. The cost, I felt was very reasonable. In this day and age of corporate monopolies, it's good to have a local (franchise) company with great personal sevice and products. I hope I don't "NEED" them again but I'm certainly glad they were there now and I would stongly recommend them to anyone who does!
