I called on a Tuesday afternoon at around 5, the receptionist was very professional, took the information needed, type of door and what was wrong and was able to get me an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Greg showed up right on time, quickly resolved the problem and I gave him the go ahead to repair. Without any time lost, parts were on the truck and the job was done. He even identified another possible problem on my other door that will need to be addressed sometime in the future. I will definitely stay with Precision Garage Door! Thank you Greg!

I had my garage door repaired recently. They did both spring repair and roller replacements. I think the repair tech was very knowledgeable and the garage door is working better than ever. Both schedulers and techs are professional and friendly. My only negative comment is that my repair was scheduled for between noon and 2 and repairman did not arrive until after scheduled time.

I would give Precision 10 starts if it was an option. The technicians, the service and the final result after a routine check of our two garage doors was excellent--far beyond the norm for service. The techs are very knowledgeable, tidy as they work, show superior workmanship and know exactly what needs to be done. They are either a few minutes early or right on time, but called before they came to make sure we were home. I can't say enough great things about Precision. I just wish other businesses cared as much about their customers as Precision. I'm a customer for life. Thanks!!!!

The tech was on time and very courteous. Called because of faulty garage door opener the tech reprogrammed it and checked the door itself and did not charge me. Explained why and left. Very pleased. Would really recommend not because of the no charge but they no what their doing. Thank you so much

I had a spring break on my garage door and was leaving town the next day. Of course, this added an element of urgency to the repair, as my family uses the garage as our primary entrance to our home. After calling another company (that took over 4 hours to return my call), I called Precision and was given a same day appointment. Bill was actually able to get to my house earlier than scheduled and called to confirm that was OK. Not only was he able to replace my broken spring, but he performed a thorough inspection of my garage door and was able to troubleshoot some other maintenance items that needed attention - saving me more money with potential future problems. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was fortunate to have found Precision on line and will be using them in the future for all my garage door maintenance and repair work. Experience was great. They were out the same day I called and finished the work same day as well. Jake was our technician and he was very informative, explaining what he was doing along the way (since I kept asking). It's good now that I know how the whole garage door process works and the importance of keeping parts (like rollers) up to snuff. The reduction in noise from the door is also great.. We had excellent service. Door locked down tight and could not get either vehicle out. Broken springs. Release would not work for us. We have medical issues here and we were in a panic. Rick Jones was here within 2.5 hours and did a perfect job. We now will call Precision. Our other company wanted us to wait until Monday. 5.5 stars for Rick.

Rick was amazing at how well he got my banged up, crooked and squeaky garage door working like new in no time! I was glad I got a pro who knew what he is doing! He showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and was honest about what I could do to fix the problem. I chose Precision based on their offering of a tune-up deal and roller replacement through the AAA Auto Club. The Technician (Robert) performed the operation and also suggested a roller upgrade for longer life and some component replacements that were required. The end result is a beautifully operating door that I am confident will last a long time. Robert explained a lot of things to me about garage doors that I had not known. It really provided me with some things to keep an eye on.

My garage door was acting funny for a couple of days and then went off the track. I called Precision Garage Door and they came the next day. He put the door back on track and fixed the cause, the cable had come off the drum. He was there for 1/2 hour and charged $225!!! When I objected vigorously he said they had a flat fee of $160 for off track plus the service call. I wish I called a more honest company.

Jacquie, Thank you for the feedback regarding the service on your garage door. There is a service fee charge to have a technician come to the house. The technician does a 25 pt safety inspection, looking at both the door and opener to evaluate the problems. Your door was off track. This is when the cables come off the drum and rollers are out of the track. This makes the door sit crooked and releases the tension on the springs. The cause could be a number of things, from a broken spring to the rollers jamming in the track or possibly the door closing on something, perhaps a car, a garbage can or any such objects. It can take a technician 15 minutes to a hour and a half to reset the cables, retention the springs and balance the door - depending on how much damage was done to the door or structure. All of our technicians are experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. They charge off a price list that is industry competitive.
