Zac was my Tech. I called because the previous owner of the unit I purchased has somehow ripped the emergency release handle out of the trolley and jammed back in to make it look like it was functional. The home inspector did not find that...but that is another story. I called Precision because they had a location very close to my address. They said they could come right over, but I was out of town so they worked around my schedule. Zac arrived when he said he would and had what we thought were the correct parts. Unfortunately it was the shorter model but he did go back to the store and get the correct one within 20 minutes. Zac was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did a basic service on my garage door and pointed out some issues that may that to pop us since the door and opener are almost 10 years old, but no pressure to do it right then and there. When i need to have future service done on my garage door Precision will be the first people I call and I will ask for Zac to come and do the work.

Great service! You installed our insulated garage doors, so we called you for this repair. A tech was at our home within two hours (on a Saturday) and replaced the springs and rollers.

I made an appointment to have my broken spring replaced and Dale and Bobby came out on a Sunday and fixed my springs and replaced the rollers. Dale and Bobby were great to deal with and I am telling everyone about them. They told me what I needed to fix and how much it was going to cost before they did anything. When they were done the door never worked so good and sounded so quiet. Thanks again guys you rock!!!

Tech. Greg did an outstanding job in every aspect: 1) He called and we agreed he could come EARLY! (not to explain why he'd be late like most places!) 2) He was personable and professional in his manner and assessment. 3) He told me the cost of what he would need to do to fix the problem, BEFORE he did the work. 4) He explained things I could do to keep my garage doors working well and quietly. I called at 10:30 am and was given a same day appt window of 2-4 pm. Then technician Greg called about 40 minutes later and said he was in the area. He was at my door in less than an hour after my original call. Diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get the part and it was all fixed by 1:30. Greg was a very nice guy and I enjoyed dealing with him. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know! Thank you for the excellent service!

I called Precision to repair a cable, on my 30+ yr old garage door, that was about to break. Greg came out and did an outstanding job of replacing my cables and giving my door a tune-up. It is working like new now. I highly recommend Precision!

Greg did an amazing job. Originally, I thought I needed a new garage door opener and a repair to the top panel of the garage door itself. Greg assessed what was wrong and just repaired the gears in the existing opener, fixed and reinforced the door and changed the rollers and saved me a couple of hundred dollars too. I whole heartily recommend Precision.
