I called Precision because my garage door stopped working. I was told that my spring needed to be replaced and it would cost $900! I asked if that was the lowest price he could give me as I've been a loyal customer and he said yes. I told him to go ahead and fix it and then I checked with another garage for repai company who said they would charge $375. I asked the technician and he got angry and said it's not the same spring and charged me $150 for labor when I told him O want going to pay $900. Be warned and die your due diligence or you could be ripped off!

Greg came out and did an excellent job in diagnosing our popping noises. The panels need to be braced and it took care of the issue. He also did a quick tuneup and the door is running smooth and quiet again. I would, and will, highly recommend this company!

They showed up when they said they would, they came prepared. Although, I only needed a spring & cable replacement to get back up and running, I did opt for a complete hardware replacement; all moving parts, cables and springs... My garage door and all its hardware is/was 20 years old, I thought a wise decision to replace what I could, the door itself was fine, did not need to replace the door. Glad I did all the hardware replacement, super quiet now and greater piece of mind (warranty).

Zac was my Tech. I called because the previous owner of the unit I purchased has somehow ripped the emergency release handle out of the trolley and jammed back in to make it look like it was functional. The home inspector did not find that...but that is another story. I called Precision because they had a location very close to my address. They said they could come right over, but I was out of town so they worked around my schedule. Zac arrived when he said he would and had what we thought were the correct parts. Unfortunately it was the shorter model but he did go back to the store and get the correct one within 20 minutes. Zac was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did a basic service on my garage door and pointed out some issues that may that to pop us since the door and opener are almost 10 years old, but no pressure to do it right then and there. When i need to have future service done on my garage door Precision will be the first people I call and I will ask for Zac to come and do the work.

Great service! You installed our insulated garage doors, so we called you for this repair. A tech was at our home within two hours (on a Saturday) and replaced the springs and rollers.

I made an appointment to have my broken spring replaced and Dale and Bobby came out on a Sunday and fixed my springs and replaced the rollers. Dale and Bobby were great to deal with and I am telling everyone about them. They told me what I needed to fix and how much it was going to cost before they did anything. When they were done the door never worked so good and sounded so quiet. Thanks again guys you rock!!!

I called at 10:30 am and was given a same day appt window of 2-4 pm. Then technician Greg called about 40 minutes later and said he was in the area. He was at my door in less than an hour after my original call. Diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get the part and it was all fixed by 1:30. Greg was a very nice guy and I enjoyed dealing with him. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know! Thank you for the excellent service!
