I was very pleased with the technicians professional demeanor, the advance call, and the promptness of service. I could have done the work myself, but I feel very comfortable with the repair, and due to a recent injury it was just better for me not to climb a ladder. It was money well spent, and the old adage "You get what you pay for" certainly was true in this case.

Had to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment due to a medical emergency. Absolutely no problem and immediately scheduled a new one for the next business day. I could not be happier with the service from Precision, and Tom, especially. About a year and a half ago I called to have my garage door that was sticking, repaired. Tom came out same day and replaced, adjusted, serviced all moving parts and got it going smoothly. He has since come out within hours of a call to adjust and keep (what might not be the best) door, (originally installed by someone else), operating well. I recommend Precision and Tom with complete confidence.

This company is the best!! My garage spring broke around 7:30 pm and my car was stuck in the garage and of course I needed it for work the next morning, oh and I forgot to mention that my husband was out of town at the time. I picked your company mainly because your reviews were good and didn't feel like I needed to shop around a lot. I didn't get any other quotes so I can't compare pricing but the service was great. Service man was on time and when he called to let me know what needed to be done to get it fixed he let me know my options and the pricing of each. When I didn't pick the most expensive he didn't pressure me into anything. This was a rental of mine so it was nice to have someone that could get things done right away and be on time. Hopefully I don't need to call you out anytime soon but will when I need to.

Looked you up on the enternet,scheduled for a monday so not have to pay weekend rates, but the tech. tom called sunday and said he was open and asked if he could come that day and not charge weekend rates. did great job, we did have a problem a few days later called you guys, was a miner problem tom took great care of. My garage has had a few issues over the last year. It has been repaired twice by another company and the problem (not closing or opening properly) came back. I was never told that the type of spring system I had was outdated (Standard homebuilder unit--Wayne Dalton) and that I should replace it with something more current. Tom came out to my house for another fix and gave me a heads up that the fix was temporary and I should really consider a new system. I didn't blow off what he recommended, but, I also did not make it a priority. Well, he was right. The spring broke and I did need to get a new system. Tom came out again. Yet again, he was very professional, fast, personable and even called ahead to see if he could come early. WOW!!! Early never happens for repair service. Precision Garage Doors is the best!!!
