Recently had the third opportunity to use Precision. Prompt service and totally honored the lifetime warranty for springs which I purchased on the first visit, along with super quiet rollers and such. That warranty is about a good of a deal as it gets if you plan on living in your house for 10 years or more. Springs break, all the time and it is not something a homeowner can do themselves. They get a big thumbs up from me.

Very impressed with your company. Robert, I believe that was his name, arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He analysed the problem and walked me through the problem and most of all why it happened. He fixed the problem and helped with a few preventive issues that will help with wear & tear. When I called to make the appointment the office person was very helpful and worked around my scheduled to set an appointment. I had Precision repair a spring on my garage about 4.5 year ago, the technician suggested I get the lifetime warranty. I bought the warranty and about 4.5 years later the spring broke again. I called Precision and told them what happened, they sent out Tom and he had it fixed and working again right away and there was no charge. It has been great doing business with Precision Garage Door Service.

Rick was very helpful and conscientious as well as quick in fixing our binding and noisy door opener. He replaced bolts in the track with a better size and installed new wheels. And he stapled up our dangling wires. Nice, Neat, Quiet and smooth--like new

We are fairly new to this area and had no idea who to call - the scheduler was able to fit us into an open spot and the technician came that day. excellent service - he had the parts and was able to fix the rollers quickly.
