My experience with Precision Garage door was definitely a positive one. I called on a Tuesday evening and was able to talk to a real person- no leave a message and we'll get back to you. My technician, Rick,arrived on time the next day and promptly resolved the problem. He was courteous, professional, and helpful. I liked the website. Overall very good service. Technician was Rick. I do not know his last name. He was on time and efficient since I called for an emergency repair so I could get to work. Only complaint is that contrary to what the website indicated he was not in a marked vehicle nor in an identifying uniform. I would use you all again.

I was so happy that we could have our garage door fixed the day I called. Rick Jones was my technician, and he showed up shortly after my initial phone call. After reviewing the garage door mechanics, he told me what should be replaced and what was still functioning well. He fixed everything we agreed on, and was done so quickly I could hardly believe it.
