Marc was great. He told upfront what was needed for repairs in terms of the actual repairs and the cost. While there was some sticker shock. This was the first repair on our garage door ever. Had a repairman, Marc Hudson, out to our place within 24 hours - on a weekend even! Although only a spring broke, I decided to get the full tune-up and glad I did. The door moves up and down with a lot less noise, and I presume less effort. Marc was very pleasant and was happy to explain everything he was doing. I'm very pleased with the job Marc did.

Our garage door would not open and I contacted Precision Garage Door due to the easy to navigate web site and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Marc Hudson arrived when promised and quickly addressed the problem and fixed the reversing sensor wires. Marc was very professional and friendly. My husband called Precision at almost 5:00 on a Thursday and they sent Marc out early the next afternoon. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He communicated exactly what the problems were and how to resolve them and how much it would cost. He got right to work and finished it much sooner than I expected (1.5 hours). It works great now! Great guy, good business to work with!

We’ve used Precision before and had a good experience so called them this time when we needed a repair. Called around 7am and talked with nice lady….very professional. Marc was a good worker. But no help getting our Lexus 350 to link up with the opener. Said to go to YOU TUBE University.. The MyQ help is very frustrating and we still can't get the system to register with our car. I don't want to share my email with them. SO Why is it so hard?? In the past it was easy. Now it is a 2 hr. journey through the internet, registering and passwords etc. what a waste... and you never know if it is working until the end and then it says you are not.. WOW, so a big frustrating weekend trying to get it to sync up. Spent as much time as Marc did with the install and no help from Web site. Seems like Lift Master is a bit too cute on being hi tech without the basics of getting things done and helping the customer. WHY? Been on the website for 30 minutes and no HELP with Amber.... AI is not working.. Hope to hear from you on Monday. Paul O.

The worst thing is for your garage door to break on a holiday weekend! Or so you would think! However, Mark, the Precision Tech, arrived at our house in about 2 hours. We had a graduation party to attend and groceries to purchase. We were able to get those things done. Mark was very personable and also very efficient. Even Though I missed my initial appointment, they called me back and set up another appointment, and the response time was great once again. The performed a much needed overhaul of my garage door with 5 year warranty on all the parts that they installed, and they also replaced my garage door safety sensor at no additional cost.
