I am not one for leaving reviews, but today I will make an exception. We have used Precision for garage door repairs several times over the years, and we have never been disappointed. The service is often scheduled for the same day and done swiftly and accurately. Recently, we had a warranty issue that was handled with the same attention to detail that we have come to know from the technicians. Should the need arise to have this kind of service done in the future, Precision will be our first call.

Thank goodness!! The springs broke, I couldn't get my car in/out and was leaving the next day. James came out on a Sunday, and got in taken care of right away and helped me understand what he was doing. I'm usually suspicious , but I felt like he really made an effort and point to help me understand. He was fast and the company got them there so quickly! Thank you!!

I waited until Monday to call for repair of my garage door opener. 24x7 access is incredible, and I called at 7 a.m. on Monday. Technician available the same day, and he arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes. AND, did not charge me, as the issue was mostly owner-error!
