My husband and I were thrilled by the service Precision Door Service provided. Our older garage door was instilled during the 90's and was in bad shape. One call to Precision, and there was a knowledgeable tech here in a two hours. James was prompt, very polite, efficient and an excellent worker. Within less than two hours, James had made some necessary repairs and installed a new belt garage door opener. Before James left, he reprogramed our two vehicles. My key pad quit working and James came out and installed new one.. He was effiencent knowledgeable and explained everything. He checked everything concerning the garage door mechanism. I chose Precision due to the ratings and reviews on line and was not disappointed. I received same day service during the promised two hour window. A very nice young man knew what he was doing, showed me what was shot and what was worn, and why. I received three options, one to just make it work again, the second to also replace parts showing obvious wear that probably still had a few years left, and a third for near full restoration. He finished within an hour of my approving the middle quote. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the young man who did the work is someone I'd be thrilled to hire for my business.

Repair guy not only fixed my broken door, he straightened the tracks and tightened bolts that were interfering with the door operation and replaced the rollers so the old metal door doesn’t sound like Armageddon when it opens. I looked for a company in my area and saw Precision listed. I called for a service appointment as garage door would not open. I tried troubleshooting on my own to no avail. James was dispatched and gained entrance to the inside of the garage to discover the opener unit had lived its lifespan already. Very pleased with James and he did great job. Not happy with scheduling appointment. Given appointment for between 4 and 6. No one showed up and I called back at 6 to see if still coming and told they would check on and no one called me back and no one showed up. Since I didn't hear back the next morning I called back and was given another time and was told someone from management would get back with me on what happened. Never heard back from anyone. Did get the work done but not sure if I will use again. I know things happen but for someone not to contact me is not professional

My garage door was stuck closed. I called Precision early Sunday morning. James arrived before noon. He identified and fixed the problem, inspected the system, made a few adjustments and was gone within an hour for the minimum charge. What a pleasant surprise. No major problems.
