At our last house I'd had a very good experience with Precision - that was after a 'local' company cancelled at the last minute. This time was no different: they showed up as scheduled, explained all the options and costs and promptly got the work done for exactly the quoted price. Zac Bedard was the technician who did the service. He arrived within the time window specified. Zac diagnosed the door opener as unable to remember the remotes anymore. He was upfront about how he could not fix my garage door opener on his first visit and what the options were for replacing our door opener. He did offer to come back later if he could which is rare to be offered. Instead, he came back the next day and did a complete inspection of the door, rails and cables as well as installed the new door opener. He showed us the highlights of the new opener and cleaned up so well it was as if he had not ever been here. Zac is friendly and knowledgeable and I would call for him again.

All went very well! James was great and very professional. Was surprised to find he was able to come out shortly after I called. The young woman who took the order was also very friendly and proficient. Broken spring and rollers were replaced and the creaky groaning sounds are now gone. Precision did some work on this door several years ago so that's why I called them first. So refreshing to have something go this smoothly and quickly. Now......if I could only find an auto repair shop or mobile mechanic that would be this good that could fix my Mustang!

The person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. The technician arrived on time and did a very careful and good job repairing what my problem was with the garage door opener.
