The spring on my door broke and they got a tech out within 2 days to make the repair. He showed up on time and fixed the entire door within the designated time. The door is smooth and quite now. This is the second time (different door) we have had Precision Garage Door out to do repairs for us and they are amazing.

The repair man showed up a our house and immediately started complaining the the garage door was old and he didn't work on old doors. He was quite surly about it. The door works and needs some adjustments. That's why I called them. Then they charged us for a service call. I don't need repairmen like that. It was a no star experience.

Brian did a great job repairing our old garage door. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced springs, cables and rollers. Door works great. Like the 3 year warranty on parts.

Brian fixed our garage door spring in less than an hour! He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated that he called in advance with an ETA and arrived even earlier than originally requested (which was great because our only car was held hostage by the garage door that would not open). Brian explained the issue throughly and I immediately felt comfortable with the solution. He also recommended some additional repairs that didn't need immediate resolution - helpful to know! On top of that, Brian was a super friendly and interesting person... Fellow metal fan! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and will plan on calling them in the future!

When we realized that our garage door spring was broken, we called Precision Garage Door, because we have used them in the past, and were very happy with their service. Our technician ( Brian, I believe ) was very capable, and after looking over our old system, he ended up doing an overhaul rather than just replacing the broken spring. He was polite, and very knowledgable, and we are super happy with the end result.

I was very happy with the prompt and courteous service provided. The only thing I am disappointed with is that I have an invoice showing that I had previously paid for a service (albeit in 2001) which guaranteed many parts for life. However, none of the parts replaced on today's visit were considered. I'm guessing the technician wasn't familiar with such a warranty or Precision doesn't honor the agreement any longer.

We were having issues with our older garage door opener. Called Precision and Brian came out quickly. He was immediately friendly, quick to answer questions and check out the problem. After some work, it became apparent the old opener was shot and needed replacement. Brian came back quickly - on his day off! - to install the new opener. Again, he was quick, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. If you've got issues with your garage door(s), call Precision and ask for Brian - you'll be in great hands!
