Called around 2:30 on a Saturday as the flimsy hardware on my garage door had broken causing a panel to disengage. They were there in the two hour window they gave me and put some sturdy hardware on all the hinged parts of the door. All done by 6:15. Very personable and professional and they use quality parts. Won't call anyone else in the future.

Bobby showed up right on time to repair our Garage doors that were off track and broken. He was such a gentleman and very thorough and worked hard repairing what he could and letting me know before replacing all other parts that could not be fixed. Great service! Bobby came over the morning after Thanksgiving to replace the springs on one of my garage doors, and also installed a new opener for the other. My garage door broken on Saturday and I couldn't leave that way all weekend. I Googled garage door repair and Precision Garage Door came up. I called and the person that answered the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. She told me that they could get someone out to me between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call at about 20 minutes to 12:00 from Bobby stating he was on his way. Bobby arrived and looked over my door problem, I asked him if he could fix it. And he stated yes, he gave the prices for his service(very reasonable) and started working. I took him right around an hour to complete the job. He had me test the door and it worked perfect. I will call them again with any of my garage needs.

This is a total rip if you have a Wayne Dalton door and mechanism. They come with no warning of the fact that they do not work on Wayne Dalton. If your door is up and won’t shut you are at their mercy.

I had the technician come out to fix the opener (it was not working correctly). He was able to do that but unfortunately, found repairs needed on the door. It was more than I was planning on spending, however, he gave me 3 different options and costs for repair and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.
