We purchased a new garage door and controller in 2010 from a different company. In the past few years, we have had Precision come out to perform maintenance and repair, having found them on the internet. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. This time, our remote controller was working inconsistently despite a new battery. Bobby from Precision arrived right on time, and after eliminating the variables that might be causing the problem (not wanting to sell us something we didn't need), he determined that we needed a new Liftmaster opener and controllers. He thoroughly tested the new equipment (as did I, from my car), and we are very pleased.

What I appreciate about these guys is that I was able to schedule the service call online while I was at work, and they were at my home the next morning before I had to leave for work, and the service technician fixed my problem, told me how to prevent the problem in future, and charged me the low price of the service call. Not only were you able to fix the door with very little trouble but your technician also had all the nuts and screws and bolts and drills that he needed.
