Kuddos to Precsion Doors. Four years ago I had them replace a broken garage door springs and recommended I replace both in addition to a door tuneup which gareenteed the work for five years. Well one of my springs broke again. True to their word, they replaced both springs under the warranty at no cost except the service fee. It doesn't get any better then that. I had my garage door opener and track mechanism break on a Sunday trapping both of our cars in the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours. The technician Greg was extremely competent and great to work with. He had a new opener and track installed within another 2 hours. We are very happy with the service provided by Greg and Precision Garage Doors. I highly recommend this company for any garage door work.

Greg came out to replace our broken spring. He was prompt and very informative. Changed both springs which he advised. The door is so quiet, seems to open and close so much better. Although after leaving, I noticed a gap under one side of the door like it wasn't level, I call the office and they sent Greg back after his current call. Greg said it was a minor adjustment and proceeded to fix. He did in about 3min, awesome job! Thanks to your company and the fine service you provide.

Precision responded within an hour and half from the time I called. The job was completed within an hour after that. The technician (Bill Nashwinter) was informitive, efficient, and courteous. Precision performed a new opener (motor) install 8 yrs. ago (w/keypad,etc.). Same great service; which is why I called them again this time. The cost, I felt was very reasonable. In this day and age of corporate monopolies, it's good to have a local (franchise) company with great personal sevice and products. I hope I don't "NEED" them again but I'm certainly glad they were there now and I would stongly recommend them to anyone who does!
