Donovan Wygant came to my house to replace a garage door opener I lost. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, provided me with a new opener which he programed for me and then put my ladder up. He was respectful, helpful and fast. I was so impressed with him I had him put a Precision Door Service sticker next to the opener on the wall so I would have the phone number handy to call the next time I need service. Not something I have ever done and I'm old! Thank you Donovan. You were awesome.

Donavan showed up early, quickly identified the door suspension parts we needed, and explained them. He then discussed a new opener, explained the options, and I choose the opener I wanted. He then installed the suspension parts, the new opener, and programmed the remotes. He explained how to operate the new opener to my satisifaction. He was professional and knowledgleble, and very efficient. I was impressed, will call Precision again if the need arises.

I am impressed with the service Precision Garage Door delivered, and I chose them because of all the great online reviews. The technician (Donovan) replaced a broken spring, and performed a much needed overhaul on my garage door components. He communicated everything our door needed and also debriefed us after the job was completed. I feel we now have a brand new door for many years to come. I do not want to leave the fact that everything was done within two hours after my initial call on a Sunday morning. All work comes with a 5 year warranty. More than a garage door repair, we experienced the Precision Garage Door product.

Donovan is truly awesome. I contacted your company to have a garage door tune-up done and purchase an additional remote. After he completed the tune-up and we did the math & determined that with the daily use it is getting with two cars in and out (no...not the"burger chain") on a daily basis that we were past the typical life of the two springs. Without pressuring me in the slightest about replacing them, and describing how if the chains broke you could have one or both cars stuck inside the garage and not be able to get to work, I asked him if he wouldn't mind installing them even though it was about 6:00 PM on a SATURDAY night and he agreed without hesitation. He completed the job and went off his merry way to a dinner I hope he was not late for. If I could give him 6 stars out of 5 I would. He is an awesome employee and Precision is lucky to have him. If we ever need garage service in the future I will be asking for him specifically.!!! RJ

Wonderful service - quick response, good communication, fairly priced. Called yesterday to schedule a garage door repair and Donovan came out this morning (ahead of schedule) to fix a hinge on our garage door. Also did an inspection, tightened bolts, and lubed the spring for the garage door. Really appreciated the professionalism and explanation of all the repairs - got a quick lesson on garage doors! Donovan was prompt and courteous. He reviewed all parts of our garage door system, explained the current issue with door was due to bad sensors. He replaced the sensors, lubed the tracks and tightened the door. His information about the motor and springs was educational for us.

I had them replace the original worn out all-steel garage door rollers with modern nylon sealed bearing rollers. All steel rollers sound like the old roller skates with steel wheels, which are hideously noisy. The noise level while operating the garage door dropped 10db, which doesn't sound like much numerically, but it actually is very significant (db is a log scale). Nice and quite/smooth operation now. Very happy with their speedy and professional work.

Before Donavan showed up we had a Ryobi garage door opener. When he left we had the best, a 3/4 horse belt drive Lift Master. Donavan was very professional and answered every question my wife and I had regarding the unit and how to operate it. When the job was completed he explained what he had done and went over the entire operation of the unit. He also left his card and told us to contact him at any time if we had further questions. What Awesome Service!! Spring broke Thursday eve, called at 7am on Friday and Donovan was here at 8am. Donovan explained everything very thoroughly and went to work. 45 minutes later the door was fixed. Extremely pleased. Will Certainly use Precision again!

DONOVAN WAS WONDERFUL. OUR GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND CLOSE IT WOULD NOT LATCH, WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE AND I GUESS IT KICKED THE MOTOR OUT OF TIME OR SOMETHING BUT DONOVAN FIXED IT IN NO TIME. HE DID INDICATE THAT THEY USUALLY LAST 10 TO 15 YEARS BEFORE GETTING A NEW MOTOR I ASKED WHAT HE RECOMMENDED AND HE SAID IF IT WERE HIM HE WOULD TRY IT A COUPLE OF DAYS AND IF IT HAPPENED AGAIN THEN REPLACE MOTOR. VERY HONEST. WE WILL ALWAYS USE PRECISION GARAGE DOOR AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I DID ASK DONOVAN TO BE OUR SERVICE TECH WHEN HE COMES BACK TO REPLACE OR SERVICE GARAGE DOOR. I DID FORGET TO ASK HIM IF A REGULAR MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE DONE BY YOU FOLKS AND FORGOT.
