Zac was my Tech. I called because the previous owner of the unit I purchased has somehow ripped the emergency release handle out of the trolley and jammed back in to make it look like it was functional. The home inspector did not find that...but that is another story. I called Precision because they had a location very close to my address. They said they could come right over, but I was out of town so they worked around my schedule. Zac arrived when he said he would and had what we thought were the correct parts. Unfortunately it was the shorter model but he did go back to the store and get the correct one within 20 minutes. Zac was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did a basic service on my garage door and pointed out some issues that may that to pop us since the door and opener are almost 10 years old, but no pressure to do it right then and there. When i need to have future service done on my garage door Precision will be the first people I call and I will ask for Zac to come and do the work.

I called at 10:30 am and was given a same day appt window of 2-4 pm. Then technician Greg called about 40 minutes later and said he was in the area. He was at my door in less than an hour after my original call. Diagnosed the problem quickly, went to get the part and it was all fixed by 1:30. Greg was a very nice guy and I enjoyed dealing with him. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know! Thank you for the excellent service!

I would use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in a heartbeat! I researched the best overhead garage door service after the tension spring on one side of my garage door broke with a loud bang. Travis Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the best fix for my situation within five minutes. I agreed to the fix and he had it all done within a half an hour. This is an excellent company with highly trained reputable technicians. A five year warranty is not something you see very many of in today's businesses. These people are Olympic Gold quality. I highly recommend them.

I would certainly recommend that you ask for Jake. He's a nice guy who does a great job and pays attention to every detail. He was here a couple of years ago to replace the garage door. At that time, the motor was working just fine so we agreed I'd keep it. This past month the motor gave up, so they sent someone else to put in a new motor. He tinkered with it and left. The next day I called back and right away Jake came back with a new motor and all the solid and remote openers I could ever use. This company sees that the customer is happy with their job. I will certainly call them again! Ask for Jake!
