When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found Precision's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. In addition, Travis was one of the most personable, efficient and professional technicians we've ever had in our home. We would definitely call Precision in the future and have already recommended the company to several family members and colleagues. Thank you!

Travis came out and fixed our garage door within an hour. The Springs broke, and he also replaced the rollers. We can hardly hear the door operate now. He also took the time with my husband to program a new garage door opener that we've had for 3 months. Very nice and helpful technician. Thanks

One of my springs broke, so I couldn't open or close the garage door. The Service Technician came at the scheduled time and replaced both springs as well as the center bearing. I was very happy with the service I received. He only replaced what needed replacement and was very quick and thorough. He explained in detail and showed me what needed to be done which gave me confidence that I wasn't be "up-sold." I definitely call Precision Door Service again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door break with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use Precision Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. Needless to say, Precision Door will be my go-to from here on out. Thanks so much for your excellent service and quality products!!!

Our technician was Travis, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He called in advance to confirm a time of arrival (he was ahead of schedule) and arrived promptly on a bitter cold morning to fix our broken garage door/opener. The problem was identified quickly and, even though it was only 10 degrees outside, he repaired the track mechanism, serviced the rollers, checked the balance and made sure everything was operational before finishing. We were grateful for the speedy response time and efficient service.

These guys are fantastic. I had a tech (Tom) at my house within two hours of my phone call. My window of time was Noon and Two and Tom arrived promptly at noon. When he arrived he turned on the broken opener and immediately knew the problem and the price of the repair. He was in and out in under 45 minutes. He was very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing. I will use Precision for all of my future garage door needs.

Robert was great. I really appreciated his informing me that the safety cables that my prospective buyer wanted installed were not only unnecessary, given that the springs on the door are torsion springs rather than extension springs, but if installed could damage the existing torsion springs. I was very impressed that he did not "push" a costly repair just to make a sale. I greatly appreciate such professional and honest behavior in a business. Would not hesitate to call your company again.

Not cheap at $566 total to do a complete replacement of both springs, all rollers and bearings. However, excellent work! The Technician, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a quality job. I feel confident everything was done correctly and will last for several years.

Bill was friendly and arrived one day earlier than I expected a service technician. It was a snow day and so we were home and he stopped on his way home because we were close to his residence. Great customer service! He fixed the spring and didn't try to up-sell me on other services, just simply recommended other up-keep to think about.
