My appointment was for Monday morning but there was a scheduling conflict. Bill came over the day before which was a Sunday to do the repair. Your emergency repair service prompted my selection. My garage door would not open, with my car parked (trapped) inside at 6pm. I had an important appointment at 7am the next morning. Your technician, Robert, was able to come to my home by 7pm and was able to replace the damaged spring and overhaul the 20 yr old opener, which included replacing all the rollers, all before 8:30pm. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I received same-day service, was clearly informed of the two hour window the technician would be arriving, and was greatly pleased with Bill's service. He clearly stated the problem, gave an accurate quote to fix it, had all of the necessary parts in his truck, and completed his repairs in record time. He even changed a light bulb in the opener and programmed my new car for my opener without charging for his time and extra effort. Although the fix on my garage door problem was nothing more than a leaf in the sensor by the door, the technician fixed it and did do some routine maintenance while he was at my house. He was also informative about future issues and I appreciated that he did not try to inflate the price or repairs that were needed as with some other companies that I have out. Very professional. My day started out a bit difficult with my garage door jamming when I tried to leave the house. I called Precision and they dispatched Rob to my house within a few hours. Rob evaluated my door problems and suggested a few paths I could take (everything from the "only what I absolutely must do" path to the "bring it completely back to new" path. I chose to bring both doors back to new with springs, cables, pulleys, rollers, etc. The difference was night and day! Rob did all the work faster than imaginable and the results were unbelievable - now, the only sound you can hear when my doors open and close are the openers! Quiet perfect operation without any odd movements or catches. I now understand the name of the company - Precision Garage Door. That is exactly what you will get after they perform their work!

Travis was great. First, he thoughtfully called to let me know he was running a little late. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. All of the necessary parts were in stock on his truck. The service took only about 40 minutes and the results were as promised. The garage door was updated and actually better than new.
