Kuddos to Precsion Doors. Four years ago I had them replace a broken garage door springs and recommended I replace both in addition to a door tuneup which gareenteed the work for five years. Well one of my springs broke again. True to their word, they replaced both springs under the warranty at no cost except the service fee. It doesn't get any better then that. I called Precision to repair a cable, on my 30+ yr old garage door, that was about to break. Greg came out and did an outstanding job of replacing my cables and giving my door a tune-up. It is working like new now. I highly recommend Precision!

I don't have Precision out very often because they do a great job every time. They have installed a new opener, serviced and repaired a very old door and replaced both springs. Springs have held up for many years. They repaired what I thought might not be repaired. They replaced rollers so the door is smooth and quiet. They give me information so that I can keep the door in good condition myself and they reprogrammed all of my remotes for me. Courteous,friendly and professional. Price is always reasonable. Often times no charge. Could not be better.

When our garage door failed to open, I surfed the net to find someone who could make the repairs. Your website was not the first I visited; however, it was definitely the last. I was impressed with the many glowing customer reviews. I took advantage of your on-line chat session, and within seconds I was working with a very knowledgeable and friendly associate. Since it was Friday afternoon, my expectation was to schedule a service appointment for early next week. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a 2-hour maintenance window for that very afternoon. Your Technician called me early within our agreed upon time frame to advise that he was on his way. He quickly identified root cause to be a broken spring (compounded by tangled cables when the home-owner attempted his own repairs). I watched as he quickly took things apart, replaced the springs, got the cables back on their pulleys and then did all kinds of preventative maintenance tasks such as adjusting the tracks, ensuring everything was tight and applying some grease where necessary. I jokingly commented, "You've done this once or twice" when he had the job done very quickly. He had his own witty comeback. "Aren't you glad I read the manual on my way out here?" :-) My wife and I couldn't be more delighted. The garage door works better than it ever has. Thanks for your terrific support from start to finish.

I had my garage door opener and track mechanism break on a Sunday trapping both of our cars in the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours. The technician Greg was extremely competent and great to work with. He had a new opener and track installed within another 2 hours. Greg came out to replace our broken spring. He was prompt and very informative. Changed both springs which he advised. The door is so quiet, seems to open and close so much better. Although after leaving, I noticed a gap under one side of the door like it wasn't level, I call the office and they sent Greg back after his current call. Greg said it was a minor adjustment and proceeded to fix. He did in about 3min, awesome job! Thanks to your company and the fine service you provide.

We had a new garage opener installed. The technician was very fast and efficient... did a very good job. The only thing we forgot to ask about was what happened to our old opener--we assume the technician took it with him but forgot to ask. Do you recycle it?

Greg did an amazing job. Originally, I thought I needed a new garage door opener and a repair to the top panel of the garage door itself. Greg assessed what was wrong and just repaired the gears in the existing opener, fixed and reinforced the door and changed the rollers and saved me a couple of hundred dollars too. I whole heartily recommend Precision.
