The work was excellent, garage door is working like new. Bob miss represented himself. I called two companies and Bob showed up first, I thought he was with the company that was going to show up at 8:AM the next morning and I asked Bob if he knew Richard by name he said yes, and he would call him to cancel the service call for the next morning. Very embarrassing when Richard from his competitor showed up. I felt lied to. The work was excellent and I had no problem going with the first company who showed up and would have called to cancel if I had the opportunity. I felt lied to.

Our garage door spring broke and a roller came off of the opposite side. Tom was very nice. He called to let me know he was on his way. He explained everything that needed to be replaced and he showed me the parts he was talking about. He worked very quickly. I appreciate that I was able to get a repair done on such short notice.

My garage door fell off the tracks last night. I called this morning to see if I could get someone out for repairs. Within two hours, Bill met me at my house in Castle Pines. He had the door repaired, significantly better than before it came off the tracks, in about an hour. Price very reasonable. I am very happy with the service.

Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He arrived at my house within the time frame he said he would (nothing is worse than a late technician). Once he arrived, he assessed the problem, explained it clearly and concisely, and informed me he had the parts available with him to fix it. I was very happy with the prompt service. But I was disappointed that when I asked if he could help me get my car opener button (home link) to respond to the new opener, I was told that he couldn't help me. When you are over 65 years old and not computer literate, that is not a easy task. It would not have taken too long to help.

Precision is great! We originally purchased our opener from them years ago and they were there when we needed them now.2 weeks ago I had to have my door spring replaced at 8:00pm on a week night! Tom was our service tech and he was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and what the charges would be before any work was done. Then this past weekend my opener had to be replaced! Yikes! Again, Tom was our guy and everything was done to my total satisfaction.Truly 5 stars in my book.

I received very prompt and efficient service from Bill. He was courteous and quickly analyzed the problem as to why the door was not opening all the way. He gave me the estimated charge and completed the repair in a timely fashion. My garage door now opens and closes smoothly and with less noise. My garage door broke on a Saturday and would not open. My daughter found Precision via Google. I called them - they offered to get someone out on that day between 4 and 6. I could not be home at that time so they scheduled me for Tuesday morning at my request. The time slot was 8 to 10. They were promptly there very shortly after 8. The Service tech was great, knowledgeable, did the job, educated me along the way (I know nothing about garage doors). He was polite, did good work, and left the space clean and organized after he finished. I would recommend this company to everyone!

As I was leaving my house to take my kids to school and go to work I exited my garage before the door was completely up. I hit the door very hard with my car and it completely bent the door and panels. Bill from precision came out and wrestled with the door for about two hours and ended up fixing it. I thought I would for sure have to replace the entire door but he was able to get the existing door back in place. Thank you so much for the money you saved me!!

Although my problem turned out to be minor, I was able to take care of all overdue maintenance along with additional needs during the service call.
