Not cheap at $566 total to do a complete replacement of both springs, all rollers and bearings. However, excellent work! The Technician, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a quality job. I feel confident everything was done correctly and will last for several years.

My garage door opener failed after 16 faithful years. Tom came the next day after my call. He replaced the opener and the rollers, also worn out, and at my request installed a key-pad opener. Super service for mechanisms so needed but seldom thought about.

Last Friday, December 16, 2011 you sent Travis to my home at 10051 Heywood Lane. It's my pleasure to tell you that he was the friendliest, most helpful and efficient service provider I've ever had to my home. As a former tradesman and former construction superintendent I am very hard to please and very rarely trust people other than myself to work on my home. However, as time for me was short, and it was my birthday I decided to give you a try. Travis was on time, did the repair well beyond my expectation and impressed me with his professionalism, his positive attitude and his know-how. My garage door has never worked as well as after Travis repaired it, not even when it was new. As a business owner and general manager the thing I most want is to duplicate myself through my staff and further replicate the qualities that will grow and maintain our market. Travis is such a person for Precision. I hope you will groom him for an immediate management position and for an eventual leadership role with your company. This guy is straight up "Ë?money". I chose Precision because they had high reviews online. This is the first service call I've had to make on our new home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Robert showed up early for my appointment, which was extremely helpful because my car was stuck. Our garage has a HUGE door that was falling off the tracks trying to get away from the wall, and he tackled it like it was any other job. Robert even gave me some tips on how to keep the door in better condition as well as how we should approach our eventual upgrade. There is no question that we'll be calling Precision for any and all future garage work! Thank you Precision!

Precision got me out of a jam at 8 o'clock in the evening when my garage door spring broke with 2 vehicles stuck in the garage. Travis had it fixed and working within 2 hours and my wife and daughter could go to work that next morning. Even made sure everything else was adjusted and working before he left. Great company and I would highly recommend them.

The work was excellent, garage door is working like new. Bob miss represented himself. I called two companies and Bob showed up first, I thought he was with the company that was going to show up at 8:AM the next morning and I asked Bob if he knew Richard by name he said yes, and he would call him to cancel the service call for the next morning. Very embarrassing when Richard from his competitor showed up. I felt lied to. The work was excellent and I had no problem going with the first company who showed up and would have called to cancel if I had the opportunity. I felt lied to.
