Robert was great. I really appreciated his informing me that the safety cables that my prospective buyer wanted installed were not only unnecessary, given that the springs on the door are torsion springs rather than extension springs, but if installed could damage the existing torsion springs. I was very impressed that he did not "push" a costly repair just to make a sale. I greatly appreciate such professional and honest behavior in a business. Would not hesitate to call your company again.

Our technician was Travis, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He called in advance to confirm a time of arrival (he was ahead of schedule) and arrived promptly on a bitter cold morning to fix our broken garage door/opener. The problem was identified quickly and, even though it was only 10 degrees outside, he repaired the track mechanism, serviced the rollers, checked the balance and made sure everything was operational before finishing. We were grateful for the speedy response time and efficient service.

These guys are fantastic. I had a tech (Tom) at my house within two hours of my phone call. My window of time was Noon and Two and Tom arrived promptly at noon. When he arrived he turned on the broken opener and immediately knew the problem and the price of the repair. He was in and out in under 45 minutes. He was very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing. I will use Precision for all of my future garage door needs.

Not cheap at $566 total to do a complete replacement of both springs, all rollers and bearings. However, excellent work! The Technician, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a quality job. I feel confident everything was done correctly and will last for several years.

My garage door opener failed after 16 faithful years. Tom came the next day after my call. He replaced the opener and the rollers, also worn out, and at my request installed a key-pad opener. Super service for mechanisms so needed but seldom thought about.

Last Friday, December 16, 2011 you sent Travis to my home at 10051 Heywood Lane. It's my pleasure to tell you that he was the friendliest, most helpful and efficient service provider I've ever had to my home. As a former tradesman and former construction superintendent I am very hard to please and very rarely trust people other than myself to work on my home. However, as time for me was short, and it was my birthday I decided to give you a try. Travis was on time, did the repair well beyond my expectation and impressed me with his professionalism, his positive attitude and his know-how. My garage door has never worked as well as after Travis repaired it, not even when it was new. As a business owner and general manager the thing I most want is to duplicate myself through my staff and further replicate the qualities that will grow and maintain our market. I chose Precision because they had high reviews online. This is the first service call I've had to make on our new home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Robert showed up early for my appointment, which was extremely helpful because my car was stuck. Our garage has a HUGE door that was falling off the tracks trying to get away from the wall, and he tackled it like it was any other job. Robert even gave me some tips on how to keep the door in better condition as well as how we should approach our eventual upgrade. There is no question that we'll be calling Precision for any and all future garage work! Thank you Precision!

Precision got me out of a jam at 8 o'clock in the evening when my garage door spring broke with 2 vehicles stuck in the garage. Travis had it fixed and working within 2 hours and my wife and daughter could go to work that next morning. Even made sure everything else was adjusted and working before he left.
