Our spring broke on our garage door Friday night and we were unable to get out our car on Saturday. I called Precision at 8am and by 9am, Jake was on site and replaced the springs and wheels on our garage door. It works like brand new. Jake was professional, fast, made recommendations and did a great job in 45 minutes! All this and a discount! I would recommend them to anybody who needs their garage door fixed and the first place I will call if I should ever need garage door repair in the future.

I picked Precision from a list on the Internet of companies that indicated they serviced the Brighton, CO area. I called a few others first, but Precision was the first one that answered the phone. A technician, Tom Lathrop, was available to come out that same morning. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes; however, the door began to stick intermittently later that evening. I called again the next morning and Tom happened to be in the area and came right over. He made some adjustments and corrected the problem - at no charge! Now that is service!

I was really impressed by Jacob, my technician. He came to my house promptly and immediately assessed the problem. The quote was more than reasonable and he attacked the broken garage door. He had all of the proper tools that he needed and was done very quickly. We both went out and tested his work together. It was perfect. My garage door had never worked as effortlessly and quietly as it did after his repairs. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I will call them again if I need to, but I doubt I'll have any problems for a long time to come.

Awesome service. I called at 10am and Bill was there by 1:30pm. The door had not been serviced in 22 years and was in need of a serious tuneup. There was no pressure to buy a new door or a new opener. Bill took care of business and the door works the best that it ever has. These folks are the best!

I selected Precision because I got an immediate response from a real person who scheduled an appointment on the spot. The tech was very knowledgeable, experience and efficient. The gears in the door opener needed to be replaced which was done with parts that were available on the truck.

My garage door opener quit working with two of three cars locked inside. On July 2. Precision took my call over the holiday weekend, and after discussing price, I elected to wait until the following Tuesday, though the holiday upcharge was quite reasonable. The technician arrived at 8am and my vehicles were free by 10. I am confident that I paid for only what was needed, when it would have been easy to sell me more stuff. I hope I don't need garage door service again for a long time, but if I do, I'll be calling Precision.

Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, Precision reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. I had a good experience with this company. They did not try to get me to spend extra money for things I didn't need. I was able to get a ball park figure for my broken spring from the representative on the phone. The price the technician quoted and charged me was what I expected based upon that ballpark figure. The service was fast and friendly, the price was competitive and my garage door is operating better and quieter than it did before the spring broke. I would definitely work with these people again.
