The spring on the garage door broke at 3:00pm today. I called and was given an appointment for tomorrow. At 3:15 pm Tom the manager called and said he noticed that my car was trapped inside he said he was going to try to get a technician out this afternoon. At 4:15 pm Zach arrived diagnosed the problem presented us with our options for repair and did the repair and had it completed by 6:00 pm. We were very impressed with Precision Garage Door especially with Tom for getting a technician out late in the afternoon and for Zach who was very professional and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I am very happy with the service Precision Overhead Garage Doors offered. The scheduling process was easy and they were able to come out right away. I also like the coupon that was offered although I forgot to use it. I recently purchased this house and the spring on our garage door broke. While it appeared to be working fine prior to this the 25 point inspection that was done at the beginning of the service call proved otherwise. It turns out it only had one spring as well as a bunch of low grade plastic parts that couldn't perform properly for the size of door. Marc and Jesse were able to quickly identify the issues and offered a few repair options that were very easy to understand. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease making the decision to go with the "Best" option of replacing all the components so we'll have a longer garage door life. I highly recommend using this company for your garage door needs. Thank you for your help!

Donovan and Mark were awesome! When they got here, I described the problem and it wasn’t necessarily a simple/straightforward solution. They both explained everything to me so it made sense and still fixed the garage door in about 20 minutes. Afterwards, they walked me through the repairs and explained everything they did. Definitely was impressed with their speed, and as a first time homeowner I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything to me.

I looked for a company in my area and saw Precision listed. I called for a service appointment as garage door would not open. I tried troubleshooting on my own to no avail. James was dispatched and gained entrance to the inside of the garage to discover the opener unit had lived its lifespan already. He installed a new opener unit in less than an hour and the peace of mind of not being locked out or locked IN is satisfying.

I called two other garage door companies before I came upon Precision. The first one didn't even answer the phone (couldn't leave a voice mail even) and the second one never called back. When I called Precision, I was able to speak to a live person, and explain my problem. I was able to make an appointment the next day. Prior to the end of business that day I got a call from a technician leaving a voice mail message that he thought he had an easy fix for my garage door. I was unable to get back with him that day. The next day a technician arrived from Precision and was able to solve my problem immediately. My garage door now works and because it was a simple fix the technician did not even bill me a service fee. WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN ANYMORE THESE DAYS? CALL PRECISION IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAIR, AND HAS INTEGRITY.

James and his assistant provided outstanding service. Our old garage door opener was overly sensitive to sunlight and would not close with the hand held opener. James evaluated the old opener and made recommendations for including options for an updated system. He also spent extra time ensuring that the operation of the new system was smooth and demonstrating how the new equipment worked. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received.

Garrett and his trainee arrived earlier than scheduled for a spring repair. They did a full inspection and with my approval replaced all the rollers, bearings, pulleys and cables. The door is MUCH quieter now and repairs were completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who asks for references.

They went through and explained the initial inspection and once completed explained, in detail, what was needed for repair. The team went over and beyond to ensure everything was in tack and working up to standards. During the inspection we were informed that we needed a new motor as well. So that was also replaced. Once the repair was complete they explain again, in detail, what was completed and how the new motor operates. My husband and I are very happy with the results!
