Ben did awesome, replaced all the parts we needed to get our door working again and improved it so it was quieter! All done in just over an hour on the same day we called. He explained everything, gave options and even got one of the lights working in my opener which has never lit up for us. So helpful, thank you!!

Precision Garage Door service is exceptional without qualifications. The service provider was Bobby who examined our garage door with its noisy chain and rollers. He described what to do for a better operation. Bobby's knowledge and ability to understand my questions and needs was what determined what I would do next. I went with a wireless, keyless model and am I impressed ! Before leaving Bobby, said if any problems, call us back and we will take care of it. Now, that was all for a reasonable price: parts, labor, experience. Thanks.

Great customer service! We called Precision at 5 on a Friday to fix a broken lift spring. Our garage door system was installed in 1999 and everything was falling apart. James came on Saturday. He was efficient and good to work with. We recommend Precision.

While cleaning my garage on a Saturday I damaged the sensors. I googled and called Precision door service. Sunday morning Bobby arrived. He was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my system. He even fixed and repaired other items that was wrong. Donavan solved my remote garage door opener problem immediately. Then, he serviced the garage door system, checking all the moving parts. The unit is 13 years old and had not been serviced until now. He took time to answer my many questions in a friendly and helpful way. Overall, he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

A friend’s garage door was stuck open and when she made calls for immediate service she was quoted astronomical “emergency” prices. She called Precision and was told they do not charge that way. She chose them and was very pleased with their work and service. So, when my garage door remote stopped functioning I also called Precision. They were able to find a time slot for the same afternoon. However, within the hour I received a call from Bill and he took me through troubleshooting my remote, as well as programming/pairing a new one. Back in business! Because they saved me a service visit and expense this time, if/when I have a more serious issue, I will absolutely call Precision. Thank you so much Bill!

Precision replaced by garage door opener a year or so ago. It was during COVID and they were able to get what I wanted when backorders were common. I don't recall now how I selected them but I'm speculating it had to do with their reviews because I do a good job researching before I hire. I had them back out because my opener was clicking and not the whisper quiet I was used to. It was a minor adjustment and they covered it under the warranty. I've had a great experience with the service they provide. Thanks Tom and Precision.

Great service from original phone call to job done. Originally just needed springs replaced but after inspection, found other critical repairs for all to work in tune. I was shown and explained every detail during inspection and job complete!
