5 Stars Your technician Bobby was great. He gave me an estimate that was very fair and done great work. He even took the time to check and lube and repair my other door while he was here. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone needing garage door repairs. I called them after hours at 8pm and they came the next morning by 9:30 to fix my spring. Thank you for your great service and price.

I had called Precision to take a look at our garage door openers as we were having some issues with one of them. Donovan came out to diagnose the issue, made a few adjustments and suggestions and even lubed the tracks for the doors. Oh, I forgot to mention an important part...I literally called to schedule a visit EARLIER THAT MORNING and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. That alone makes me a lifetime client. Excellent company! They came within a couple of hours of my call. We never noticed that there was something blocking our sensor but as soon as the tech came he checked that first. He left in 5 minutes and never even charged us for coming! We were very impressed and will be telling others about them.

Very pleased with James and he did great job. Not happy with scheduling appointment. Given appointment for between 4 and 6. No one showed up and I called back at 6 to see if still coming and told they would check on and no one called me back and no one showed up. Since I didn't hear back the next morning I called back and was given another time and was told someone from management would get back with me on what happened. Never heard back from anyone. Did get the work done but not sure if I will use again. I know things happen but for someone not to contact me is not professional
