As always the service people were very prompt and did the work in a timely fashion.They even pointed out some extra work I needed on my three garage doors which I appreciated very much. I feel now that I'm set for a while.I called that day about the bill and was told I would get a call back soon.On one of my last bills I was given a senior discount and I didn't get that this time.If that is still the policy,would you adjust my bill for me ?If not ,then that is ok also,just wanted to check all bases.You guys are the BEST. Our garage door would not open unless you held down the control button. We had one company out that gave us what I thought was an outrageous quote, not to mention that the repairman seemed like a snake oil salesman. I then called Precision and spoke to Bill over the phone. His straightforward nature sold me on their services. The next day, a technician and trainee came out repair our garage door. They also fixed various other problems that were the result of shoddy builder installation. I believe that they were fair and honest in getting our garage door and opener in the best possible working condition. During each step, I was consulted and the problem and cost to repair were explained. I'd definitely use Precision again!

My garage door repair call turned into the need for an entirely new garage door (my door was 40 years old, unsafe, and unworkable). Our technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale us when it turned out we needed a new door. He was able to secure a door and install on the same day. He worked well into the evening to get the job done. Could not be more pleased with our experience. Wish these guys did more than garage doors to have the opportunity to work with them again (I expect this door will last another 40 years!!).

We have used Precision in the past for repair work and have been very pleased and today is no exception. I called this morning at 8:00 AM and someone was repairing our garage door by 10:30 AM. Jacob completed the job in no time at all. And, fortunately for me, Jacob was not scared off by a very enthusiastic lab who thought she had a new playmate at the door. I liked the confirmation email with the Technician's name and a picture. Additionally, it was fun to learn a little bit about his hobbies. I highly recommend Precision.

I called on a Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next Saturday at 8:00 a.m. The service tech was at my house at exactly 8:00 a.m. He gave me the cost right up front and did a quick and efficient job. I hired Precision Garage Door from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Bill did, confirming his plan of action when he got there. I would certainly recommend that you ask for Jake. He's a nice guy who does a great job and pays attention to every detail. He was here a couple of years ago to replace the garage door. At that time, the motor was working just fine so we agreed I'd keep it. This past month the motor gave up, so they sent someone else to put in a new motor. He tinkered with it and left. The next day I called back and right away Jake came back with a new motor and all the solid and remote openers I could ever use. This company sees that the customer is happy with their job. I will certainly call them again! Ask for Jake!

I have been so impressed with your company. I have had to call twice with problems. Both times, the person answering the phone helped me trouble shoot the problem in the hopes I could fix it and save myself the cost of a service call. As I am a single woman and didn't want my garage door open all night, the service person came immediately (when I couldn't solve the problem), even though it was after work hours.
