Most garage doors will have two springs but some older doors have a odd size or special order part. The springs are usually installed in pairs and should be replaced together, as the life spans of the springs will be similar. This improves your warranty and lowers the cost for each spring. I checked with the Better Business and they had a very good rating. Precision send us an email to confirm the appointment time and told us who our technician would be. Technician called before he came and actually came earlier than our appointment time. Very professional and efficient, will definitely use this company!

Great service! We called on Sunday to fix our broken spring and they came out the next day which was Memorial Day. Thankfully it was under warrenty so that was covered, but our other garage door needed service too, so they fixed that one as well. Would highly recommend!

Tom was right on time, moved efficiently and finished very quickly. Door has never sounded so quiet. Love the new rollers and the door is adjusted perfectly. Being a DYI and the guy who installed the opener I never could get the adjustments right for the range of door movement. He adjusted it perfectly. Also received (upon my request) a quote (word of mouth at this point, due to other projects on our list) for new door, installation, etc. I was VERY happy with the quote. It will speed up our ability to purchase a new door and will go with this company for it. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.

Great service, sent email giving heads up who was coming. Tech called offering to come earlier than scheduled, quickly assessed damage and gave options for repair or replace. Left home with one broken garage door, another one needing some material repair - came home to all new garage door openers with new keypad that even had our existing code on it. Would recommend.

I backed into my garage door, then my husband tried his hand at fixing it...which only made it worse. The door wouldn't go down and we were leaving town the next day. I called at 9 am on a aturday morning, and Tom called to say he'd be there between 9:45 and 10! He got there just before 10 am and fixed the door in less than 30 minutes. He was very fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. The price was lots lower than I thought it would be. All in all, we were very pleased with the service.

I placed the appointment. Great customer service. Excellent communication with appointment time and arrival time. Very punctual. I wasn't present when the service tech arrived, but my wife was. My wife told me the tech was professional and repaired our tension spring and cables quickly and efficiently. She said he didn't try selling her any equipment and services other than what was needed to fix the problem at hand. I also found that Precision's rates beat 3 other local competitors. I received the Local Amazon coupon special email. We had just noticed the day before that my garage door looked like it was "separating", like the panels were slipping. I viewed the comments on the website and decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment for the same day. The tech arrived promptly and tuned up the door.
