I was extremely satisfied with the emergency service provided by Precision Garage Door. I had locked myself out of the garage - and presumably, my purse was in the car, so I had no time to waste. It was not yet 11am, and I was given a 12pm-2pm window. My technician called me at 11:30 and showed up 15 minutes early! I had the battery replaced in the keypad at no charge; installed a new cable (to open manually); replaced the weather stripping on the door; and bought a second remote. I simply could not have been more pleased with the promptness and efficiency that my call was handled. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door needs.

Tech Travis was on time, called before arrival, was efficient and had the necessary parts. Not really 24 hour service. I called very late pm and couldn't get tech until the next morning.

Great experience. Garage door was fixed the same day we called. Robert was so polite and articulate. He was happy to explain to me (at great length) the work that needed to be done and even gave me advice on things we could do to make our older garage door last longer. Highly recommended. These guys are great. My garage door had been installed improperly before we bought the house, and this caused the opener to start malfunctioning, and basically quit. That's when I called Precision. The door and opener had so many issues that it took a couple of trips to get everything fixed. But they worked around my schedule, and took care of everything. This included changing the tension system on the door and repairing the opener. Now everything works great, and it's so quiet. Can't believe how nice it is now. Thanks Guys!

I am pretty sure the service technicians name was Bill, anyway, he was very professional, showed me the issues with my garage door and got the work done quickly. The upper springs were replaced along with worn out cables and rollers. Very satisfied.

A garage door repair is something that doesn't occur all that often, so it is a bit difficult to try and make an informed judgement about which Company to choose. Luckily, I chose well, as Precision door service was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and had my door repaired in short order. I believe Travis, my technician, could have replaced my broken door spring with his eyes closed. I would use Precision again in the future if I had another problem.

My appointment was for Monday morning but there was a scheduling conflict. Bill came over the day before which was a Sunday to do the repair. Frankly there was a sticker in the garage near the light switch with your company name. This prompted my calling your organization. Bill came out and immediately impressed us with his honesty. Your emergency repair service prompted my selection. My garage door would not open, with my car parked (trapped) inside at 6pm. I had an important appointment at 7am the next morning. Your technician, Robert, was able to come to my home by 7pm and was able to replace the damaged spring and overhaul the 20 yr old opener, which included replacing all the rollers, all before 8:30pm. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I received same-day service, was clearly informed of the two hour window the technician would be arriving, and was greatly pleased with Bill's service. He clearly stated the problem, gave an accurate quote to fix it, had all of the necessary parts in his truck, and completed his repairs in record time. He even changed a light bulb in the opener and programmed my new car for my opener without charging for his time and extra effort. I will definitely be calling Precision the next time I have any garage door needs!
