After reading reviews on this site and recognizing several reviewer names decide to give Precision a try. We only intended to replace the broken spring, but technician (Tom) pointed out the door really needed an overhaul package. The door now opens and closes like it never had before. Very quiet and smooth. Tom pointed out the last company that serviced the door spring had not used the correct size spring. The technician was prompt, efficient and friendly. An overhaul package is pricy, but we are very pleased with the result

Had to cancel an appointment on the day of the appointment due to a medical emergency. Absolutely no problem and immediately scheduled a new one for the next business day. Recently had the third opportunity to use Precision. Prompt service and totally honored the lifetime warranty for springs which I purchased on the first visit, along with super quiet rollers and such. That warranty is about a good of a deal as it gets if you plan on living in your house for 10 years or more. Springs break, all the time and it is not something a homeowner can do themselves. They get a big thumbs up from me.

I could not be happier with the service from Precision, and Tom, especially. About a year and a half ago I called to have my garage door that was sticking, repaired. Tom came out same day and replaced, adjusted, serviced all moving parts and got it going smoothly. He has since come out within hours of a call to adjust and keep (what might not be the best) door, (originally installed by someone else), operating well. Precision is the best! The tech arrived on time, and did outstanding work. The Liftmaster is a tremendous product. A month earlier the same tech adjusted the opener and didn't charge for the service call, and said to give them a call when the opener failed - so I did!

My door was mis-aligned, sensors out, and went up and down on its own. I thought for sure I was going to need a new garage door opener installed. The technician came out readjusted the sensors, reprogramed the outside touch pad and set up an additional opener. then he adjusted the upper springs. My garage door has never run so quietly and smoothly, not even when I moved in and the house was new. Thank you very much.The technician was very nice and polite. He arrived early to begin his work.

Clearly explained the issue, what it would cost to replace the component and the pros and cons of parts replacement on such an old opener versus simply installing a new one. Our garage door got out of level, and a cable came loose. Called a couple of other garage door companies to fix but was told it would be the next day. Called Precision at 9 am and by noon that same day, they had a serviceman out to repair. He was on time and had the door repaired within 15 minutes. Great Service...would absolutely recommend.

I had Precision repair a spring on my garage about 4.5 year ago, the technician suggested I get the lifetime warranty. I bought the warranty and about 4.5 years later the spring broke again. I called Precision and told them what happened, they sent out Tom and he had it fixed and working again right away and there was no charge.
