I'm typically skeptical of high ratings but Tom Lathrop called early, arrived early and had everything diagnosed, replaced and working before our scheduled appointment. I called in the morning for a repair and they were able to set me up for an appointment later that same day. The appointment was at 4:00 and I got a call at about 11:30 that he was in the neighborhood and could he stop by! Finished the job in about 45 minutes with parts that he had in his truck. The Precision Technician was on time (even early) knowledgeable, explained everything (we had moved from an area that didn't have garages)was polite and very nice. I would not hesitate to have then come out on a regular basis. The office staff was extremely nice and competant as well.

We had just moved back to Colorado from two years in Mexico and our garage door was just not working the way it should and one day it didn't go up all the way and I drive into the door dislodging one of the rollers and bending the door. Called Precision and Tom came out the next day fixed the roller and re-secured the bottom trim and straightened the door. The best part was I only paid for a service charge. Tom was great and pleasant to deal with. He also recommended a better garage door, which be an upcoming purchase. Awesome company to deal with.

My garage door needed repair. I called Precision. They scheduled to come out the next morning. But within 10 minutes of my call, a technician called to say he could come by in the next 15 minutes. He came when he said, fixed the door, did not oversell me (he could have sold me extra cross pieces and i wouldn't have known, but he assured me one would be enough). Price was reasonable. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. And he had the parts right on the truck. I think these folks know what they're doing. I'd use them again.

The technician showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He had all the parts and tools necessary to fix the door on the spot and was done in all of an hour or so. That's service that can't be beat.

I got a quote over the phone and then scheduled an appointment to have a single spring replaced on my garage door. When the Tom the tech arrived he pointed out that other parts were dangerously close to failing. After getting over the shock of the additional cost, I appreciated having the job done correctly and the service was excellent!

First repair was a spring replacement, 2nd was the kids disengaging the manual latch (no charge), and this time the sensors had to be replaced. I had a bearing wear out on my opener and the chain was slipping - Tom was able to come out the next day and identify the problem and had the part on his truck and made the repair right then - this is second time I have had Tom and Precision out to do work for me (the two visits were not related)- I am quite please and would highly recommend

Our garage door malfunctioned and we called another repair service first. They quoted my wife $20 to come out inspect the problem and provide an estimate. They did show up in a timely manner, inspected the door and gave us the news. My wife and I talked prior to their arrival and agreed the repair should be somewhere in the $250 range. We were quoted $620 and told we needed a new spring, section of rail, two new cables and of course the labor. I told the guy I had to sleep on it as it was a rather large number. He called into the office, spoke with someone there, and then said to me, 'ok we will do it for $350.' Not sure why they didn't quote this upfront but I told the guy no. He insisted I talk to the person on the phone who proceeded to then yell at me and say I needed to pay $60 for the visit. I hung up, gave the van driven a $20 and said bye. The next day I called Precision. The woman on the phone was up front and honest with the costs as I mentioned I thought I needed a spring, two cables, and a section of railing. The Precision tech showed up two hours early, told my wife our spring was fine, said he could straigten the railing no problem so all we needed was two new cables and of course his time to do the repair work. Final bill was just a hair over $200 so thank you Precision for your honest ethical business dealings.

Very pleased with Precisions service as they were able to come when I got off work and had 4-6p appointments available - Tom/tech was very personable and did the service, adjust and nylon roller replacement very quickly - Tom informed me of what might be the next problem that I may face - he also showed me the easiest way to adjust the tension on the opener - again I highly recommend
