Tom was great. My wife had accidently bumped into one of the runners. It was just enough that the door would not close. Tom simply readjusted and lubricated the door. Problem solved in just a few minutes. It was Christmas eve day and Tom did not even charge us. This is supurb business ethics. I asked him what I owed and he said he was in the Christmas spirit. I could have done the work myself, but I feel very comfortable with the repair, and due to a recent injury it was just better for me not to climb a ladder. I found Precision on the internet. The torsion spring on a door had broken and they had a technician out that very afternoon. Tom did a great job and he is a pleasant, amiable person to talk to. Tom was 30 minutes early and waited for me to get home from work. He explained the options I had for my broken cable as well as suggesting a complete overhaul.
