My garage door spring broke late in the evening. I called Precision right away and they were able to come out promptly the following morning. The technician arrived right on time and went to work changing out the garage door spring. He not only changed the springs but did an adjustment on the door to make it work better than ever. Tom arrived a couple of hours after our first call to install a new garage door opener. He took only about an hour to install the new unit along with an external key pad. Very courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions. I clicked on the 5-Star icon but didn't see any change so I hope that part of my review is received.

Mr. Tom Lathrop installed a new garage opener. He called before arriving and arrived within a few minutes of his estimated arrival time. Not only did he install the opener but he also adjusted the tension springs and repaired the attaching rod to the door which had been damaged. Tom lubricated all hinges and cleaned up and removed the scrap parts. He was finished in less that an hour. Great job.
