My garage door opener failed after 16 faithful years. Tom came the next day after my call. He replaced the opener and the rollers, also worn out, and at my request installed a key-pad opener. Super service for mechanisms so needed but seldom thought about.

Our garage door spring broke and a roller came off of the opposite side. Tom was very nice. He called to let me know he was on his way. He explained everything that needed to be replaced and he showed me the parts he was talking about. He worked very quickly. I appreciate that I was able to get a repair done on such short notice.

I was very happy with the prompt service. But I was disappointed that when I asked if he could help me get my car opener button (home link) to respond to the new opener, I was told that he couldn't help me. When you are over 65 years old and not computer literate, that is not a easy task. It would not have taken too long to help.

Precision is great! We originally purchased our opener from them years ago and they were there when we needed them now.2 weeks ago I had to have my door spring replaced at 8:00pm on a week night! Tom was our service tech and he was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and what the charges would be before any work was done. Then this past weekend my opener had to be replaced! Yikes! Again, Tom was our guy and everything was done to my total satisfaction.Truly 5 stars in my book.

I picked Precision from a list on the Internet of companies that indicated they serviced the Brighton, CO area. I called a few others first, but Precision was the first one that answered the phone. A technician, Tom Lathrop, was available to come out that same morning. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes; however, the door began to stick intermittently later that evening. I called again the next morning and Tom happened to be in the area and came right over. He made some adjustments and corrected the problem - at no charge! Now that is service!

My garage door opener quit working with two of three cars locked inside. On July 2. Precision took my call over the holiday weekend, and after discussing price, I elected to wait until the following Tuesday, though the holiday upcharge was quite reasonable. The technician arrived at 8am and my vehicles were free by 10. I am confident that I paid for only what was needed, when it would have been easy to sell me more stuff. I hope I don't need garage door service again for a long time, but if I do, I'll be calling Precision.
