I scheduled an appointment for the next day, Tom came out and took care of it quickly. He does good work, and checks the entire system out every time. Problem solved with no headaches. The service I received was great!! He was actually a little early which was awesome and was able to fix our garage door in about 15 minuets! He was very professional and upfront with what it may cost to have the door replaced if he couldn't get it back in line. Highly recommended!

I was so impressed how quickly Precision came out and repaired my garage door. The main spring popped and broke the night before and I could even get my garage do open....I called them at 7:30 am the very next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. They installed a new spring and some additional rollers etc....that was needed. Thanks Precision, you have earned my respect.

Lightning FAST response - answered the phone when I called at 8:30am to schedule a repair for a broken roller wheel on our garage door. Tom was here at 1:15 and the work was completed by 2:30! Tom replaced all the metal roller wheels on our garage door with nylon roller wheels. Our garage door works again and it is sooooo much quieter! THANKS!
