This is my third time using Precision and had another great experience. The first two times were over the last 5-6 years with just having maintenance tune-ups; once I had the wheels replaced. Today was an emergency for my garage door wouldn't open. Tom arrived at 8am, gave me an exact quote to replace the broken strut, and within a hour, my door was working again perfectly. Their prices are fair, and Tom was a super expert and a really nice guy. Give Precision a try for you will be impressed.

Two things: First, I called Precision around 9:00 am with a broken chain on my garage door, and someone from Precision was at my house by 10:30 am the same morning. Second, Zac, the Precision technician, clearly explained what needed to be done and then completed the work within a couple of hours. The final amount of work was more extensive and the price tag more expensive than I had initially expected, but I feel confident the new system will provide years of trouble-free service.

Precision is the best, I had a torsion spring break on late Sunday afternoon, got an appointment for Monday between 4 and 6 pm. I got home from work at 3:15 and they were waiting for me. Garage door wouldn't close completely at the top due to floor lifting caused by expansive soils. Tom stated that the upper door guides needed to be adjusted to fix this problem. He proceeded to do that and also tightened the chain and other bolts that were loose as part of a Service Inspection Fee. Was here for 1/2 hour and door was in great shape when he left. $65 was a good price for the work done.

I'm 70 years old, arthritic, and not as spry or independent as I used to be. I don't think about that when I have a contractor come in to install something, like a new garage door opener. So, when I sat down to fill out the warranty registration (thanks to the installer who reminded me to do that when he handed me the brochure), I was dismayed to realize I didn't have the serial number. I searched the brochure for a hint as to where I could find the serial number and, sure enough, it's up on the opener. I have a ladder, so it's not impossible to climb up there and read it--if I put on my bifocal glasses and tilt my head back to read the small print, or if I use my binoculars. I just wish Tom the Installer had just taken the time to write the serial number down for me when he was up there installing it. When you pay over $700 for something, you tend to expect a little more service.

Excellent service. I called at 10:00 a.m. this morning and Precision had a tech out at 2:00 p.m. the same day, with all the parts needed for a complete job. Don, our service tech, did an outstanding job explaining everything to us and immediately proceeded to install our new opener. Last Sunday the spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and by the end of the day I had an appointment for a Monday repair. Tom arrived Monday as planned and promptly repaired my garage door. This may seem ordinary, but I am a high-risk individual who has been in stay-at-home mode for six weeks. Tom was fantastic. We have used Precision for a number of years both for our personal residence and some investment properties. They are quick to respond, even on the weekends, fairly priced and pleasant to work with! Recently we had an issue with a garage door that had been damaged by a car. We thought it would need to be replaced but tech was able to straighten it out, get it back on the track and service it. Works great and you can barely see where it was damaged
