We had an emergency with our garage door Sunday. I found this company on Google and saw it had good reviews. I called in and got a live operator and they were able to get me a same day appointment. I had a follow up call within 1/2 an hour. The gentleman that serviced our door was so nice and professional. He worked to get our door operating again and was able to give us the option to replace our door if needed in the future. I would definitely recommend these folks!

Everything was 5 stars other than receiving an email from Ben, the owner, who I couldn't reach via email (it was a no-reply address), just a request for my feedback. Disappointed that I couldn't reply to him before doing the survey. Tom (Service Tech) was amazing! He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me an option for repair or replacement. I chose replacement. My unit was old and was obviously on it's last leg. I got the one with WiFi and app and probably shouldn't have. I'm a bit techno-lame and all that stuff is SO challenging for me. I was brave and went out to my garage following all the prompts but am unsuccessful in setting up the WiFi. So, it looks like I have the quietest garage door and opener in the neighborhood but just don't have access to the WiFi technology that I obviously paid for. Let me reiterate, I am completely satisfied with the amazing quality of product, the professionalism of Tom, the replacement of the worn out rollers and the confidence that I won't walk out one morning to go to work and not be able to access my car. Would highly recommend! Just don't opt for the WiFi if you're techno-lame like me! ;-)

Zach and Precision did a major fix in October, about 3 months ago. Today I woke up to find my garage door open, tilted and not working...I think my 16 year old had something to do with that. Anyway Ben the owner called personally told me this shouldn't wait, moved up my appointment and about an hour later Zack was here, made the repair, and as it was within the warranty period, I was not charged. Gotta love that kind of customer service that is so rare these days!

Precision was very professional from the first call to the technician arriving on time. Donnovan was the technician and did an excellent job for us. One spring on the garage door broke the night before and I contacted Precision shortly after 7am. They were out and had it fixed same day by about 9:30am.

We can’t say anything except all good about Prestige. We called them late evening on Fri. night and they had crew out first thing Sat. morning on time. Issue was correctly assessed in a few minutes and fixed in less than an hour. While we actually thought we had called a local company, called Prestige by mistake but are extremely happy we got them instead. I will use them again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a garage door repair company.

Tom was great. We had two cars trapped in the garage so Tom came out the same day we called. The main things that needed to be replaced were the springs and the cables. Tom did a complete overhaul and got us working again in no time. It's so nice when you get an experienced technician.

During this cold spell, the main spring for our garage door snapped. We were able to schedule an appointment right away. The service was prompt, professional, and fair priced. The work is guaranteed for a year. Our technician, James, was very clear about what was wrong and needed to done. He completed the work efficiently, replaced the main spring, and fine turned the door & opener so that they work better than they ever did before. Thoroughly impressed with Precision and our technician, Tom. We broke the drive gear off of our old garage door opener and called Precision since they'd done some work for my father a few years back. Best call I could have made IMO. They came out the same day I called and Tom gave me the option of fixing the existing opener or replacing it. As it was an older opener, and chain drive, I opted to go ahead and replace the existing one. While Tom was working, I asked if he happened to have another opener with him since our other garage door also had an older model chain drive opener. It just so happened that he did, so I had him swap both out so that we're starting new again. Tom was done installing BOTH openers in about an hour, programmed the remotes, had me program the key pad and walked me through setting up the HomeLink stuff in our vehicles. Definitely a fantastic experience.
