I called on a Saturday morning around 10 am and Tom was here by 1:40 and finished by 2:10. Can't believe it only took him a half hour to fix. Very pleased with the fast service. I will definitely recommend you guys.

I found Precision on the internet. The torsion spring on a door had broken and they had a technician out that very afternoon. Tom did a great job and he is a pleasant, amiable person to talk to. A day later I noticed that the door wasn't closing tightly to the floor, so I called and Tom was back the first thing in the morning to make the adjustment. I am quite pleased with Precision and recommend them.

I'm typically skeptical of high ratings but Tom Lathrop called early, arrived early and had everything diagnosed, replaced and working before our scheduled appointment. The initial call to Precision was just as impressive as all information requested allowed the process to move even quicker. This group is truly organized and professional.

I called in the morning for a repair and they were able to set me up for an appointment later that same day. The appointment was at 4:00 and I got a call at about 11:30 that he was in the neighborhood and could he stop by! Finished the job in about 45 minutes with parts that he had in his truck. Very pleased!! Thank you Tom!

The Precision Technician was on time (even early) knowledgeable, explained everything (we had moved from an area that didn't have garages)was polite and very nice. I would not hesitate to have then come out on a regular basis. The office staff was extremely nice and competant as well.

We had just moved back to Colorado from two years in Mexico and our garage door was just not working the way it should and one day it didn't go up all the way and I drive into the door dislodging one of the rollers and bending the door. Called Precision and Tom came out the next day fixed the roller and re-secured the bottom trim and straightened the door. The best part was I only paid for a service charge. Tom was great and pleasant to deal with. He also recommended a better garage door, which be an upcoming purchase. Awesome company to deal with.

I had a bearing wear out on my opener and the chain was slipping - Tom was able to come out the next day and identify the problem and had the part on his truck and made the repair right then - this is second time I have had Tom and Precision out to do work for me (the two visits were not related)- I am quite please and would highly recommend

Very pleased with Precisions service as they were able to come when I got off work and had 4-6p appointments available - Tom/tech was very personable and did the service, adjust and nylon roller replacement very quickly - Tom informed me of what might be the next problem that I may face - he also showed me the easiest way to adjust the tension on the opener - again I highly recommend

I'm sold on Precision -- their technician (Bill) was prompt, professional, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. He explained everything he did, and answered all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions -- I'm very curious). I was just sure that my garage door was on its last leg, but he tuned it up and got it running better (smoother, MUCH quieter, and without any more binding) in minutes. I'm quite sure this garage door now has several years of life left in it. But I am just as sure that when it DOES go, I will call Precision to replace it -- they have my trust and my confidence. The technician was all business. His diagnosis and remedy was right on. There was room for additional charges but he did a quick check on our second door, made a slight adjustment. The charge was reasonable and we would recommend Precision to others.

Tom called me back shortly after my call to the main office. He was prompt, friendly and provided excellent service. He walked me through some of the aspects of my older garage door and helped me to understand what could have happened to require the repair. He was very professional and helpful!

Bill Nashwinter was the service man that took care of my garage door and he was very knowledgeable about my door and explained what he was going to do and then DID IT! He also checked and tightened some loose hardware and also the Opener itself and explained to me that eventually the Opener will have to be replaced but not just now. I appreciated his thorough inspection and explanations and know that my door is trustworthy. Many thanks to him for taking care of my door.

After reading reviews on this site and recognizing several reviewer names decide to give Precision a try. We only intended to replace the broken spring, but technician (Tom) pointed out the door really needed an overhaul package. The door now opens and closes like it never had before. Very quiet and smooth. Tom pointed out the last company that serviced the door spring had not used the correct size spring. The technician was prompt, efficient and friendly. An overhaul package is pricy, but we are very pleased with the result

Having same-day service was a big priority! I had a great experience with Robert. He came out just to repair springs, but we ended up getting an an overhaul.
