The technician was prompt and professional and efficient. Tom Gave me information i needed. 2 points of concern. He did not wear ar ask if booties needed to be worn while in my home. This is becoming the industry standard now. Also while having to use my front door. While he was going in and out he kept leaving the front door open.

What I appreciate about these guys is that I was able to schedule the service call online while I was at work, and they were at my home the next morning before I had to leave for work, and the service technician fixed my problem, told me how to prevent the problem in future, and charged me the low price of the service call. I was so impressed how quickly Precision came out and repaired my garage door. The main spring popped and broke the night before and I could even get my garage do open....I called them at 7:30 am the very next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. They installed a new spring and some additional rollers etc....that was needed. Thanks Precision, you have earned my respect.

The service man Robert Rubesne happened to be in a place not far from my house. So he came to my house 1 day ahead of my appointment. After I showed him the problem, he fixed in 15 sec. The cause of the problem was a loose wire in the photo eye that prevented the garage door from shutting down completely. He was so nice that he did not charge for his service. It normally costs $65 without $15 discount.
