Great Job on the broken spring replacement! Adam was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He got the job done quickly and explained what he was doing. He checked out the system and suggested we replace the shaft bearing now. I am very happy he upsized our spring since the last one had been replaces about 10 years ago! I really like that Precision uses email and text to communicate so I was kept informed about the appointment, who would do the job, and job documentation. These folks will be my go-to professionals for anything garage door related. Thank you!

We have used Precision since we moved into the house 13 years ago. Service is excellent! We called yesterday at 3pm and a service tech was here shortly after 4. Turns out we needed a new opener and the tech installed it within an hour. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Service from Precision is awesome. Wouldn't change for anything.

We had a problem with older garage door not opening/closing well. Donovan arrived ahead of time, was knowledgeable, pleasant and made improvements on the door. Precision saved us..we called about a broken garage door. When the assigned technician failed to arrive, Bill moved heaven and earth to get someone quickly. Excellent service. I called at 10:00 a.m. this morning and Precision had a tech out at 2:00 p.m. the same day, with all the parts needed for a complete job. Don, our service tech, did an outstanding job explaining everything to us and immediately proceeded to install our new opener. I have already mounted the Precision Door Service sticker on our garage door for the next time we need service. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Precision for a number of years both for our personal residence and some investment properties. They are quick to respond, even on the weekends, fairly priced and pleasant to work with! Recently we had an issue with a garage door that had been damaged by a car. We thought it would need to be replaced but tech was able to straighten it out, get it back on the track and service it. Works great and you can barely see where it was damaged

We had an emergency with our garage door Sunday. I found this company on Google and saw it had good reviews. I called in and got a live operator and they were able to get me a same day appointment. I had a follow up call within 1/2 an hour. The gentleman that serviced our door was so nice and professional. He worked to get our door operating again and was able to give us the option to replace our door if needed in the future. I would definitely recommend these folks!

Precision was very professional from the first call to the technician arriving on time. Donnovan was the technician and did an excellent job for us. One spring on the garage door broke the night before and I contacted Precision shortly after 7am. They were out and had it fixed same day by about 9:30am.

Our garage door spring broke on Sunday @ 10:30 am. We called Precision door service informing them both cars were stuck inside with no way to open door. They had a appt for Monday 8 am . Not only did the repairman repair my broken door, it now works and sounds better that it ever did when it was installed new 4 years ago. He quoted me a price prior to the work and was amenable to additional service on my other door. He was in and out in 30 minutes and did an exceptional job. I would recommend them without reservation.
