In short, I would call Zac the guru of garage doors! He diagnosed my problems (note problems plural) very quickly - the door and hardware is over 20 years old. And I was surprised he could repair my door on the spot. It took him less than 2 hours and all is working well. I highly recommend Zac and Precision.

Excellent company! They came within a couple of hours of my call. We never noticed that there was something blocking our sensor but as soon as the tech came he checked that first. He left in 5 minutes and never even charged us for coming! We were very impressed and will be telling others about them.

Called another company on Sunday, they said that I would be contacted on Monday morning to schedule a time. Called them again at 9am on Monday and was told the same thing. I called Precision at 11am after not being contacted by other company. I was scheduled for 4pm the same day. Tech contacted me and was able to arrive at 2:30. The job was completed by 3:30 and everything is working fine. I did finally hear from the other company after 4pm. To let them know they missed out.

Tom was our technician, and he was great. He looked at the garage door and had several suggestions to make sure our repair was complete. We discussed the reason, parts, and price for his suggestions, and I agreed with his recommendation. The repairs were completed quickly, and he went over the work completed after he was done. Extremely prompt service, called Sat. morning and had service call early aft same day, installed new opener, installer professional,knowledgeable, helpful. Quick install time 1-1.5 hrs. Comment : invoice was sent by phone after and does not identify model of opener installed. Literature left me references 5 different models? Checking reviews for model installed(eventually finding # on unit), I am not pleased with reviews and likely would not have purchased. Time will tell if poor reviews are justified, and if seemingly premium price warranted.

Completely satisfied with my transaction with this company - Called on a Saturday morning, thinking I would have to wait until sometime the following week for someone to check on my non-functioning garage door opener, but to my surprise they said someone could come out that afternoon - Well, Tom did, and in about one minute found the problem, but the old 21 year unit was non-repairable - and, he didn't have the parts with him - But, Monday afternoon he was back, and within an hour the new unit was installed, tested and operable = As mentioned above, completely satisfied - the cost was reasonable, and the timeliness of the repair was remarkable - So, very pleased - Byron
