An appointment was set and Zac the technician arrived within two hours of my first phone call. Zac performed an inspection, made recommendations and completed the work on my door within an hour. The repairman, Zac, was able to work a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. That was wonderful because my car was trapped inside the garage! He did a safety check on the door and explained in detail what he could do-I chose to have the garage door repaired and he proceeded to work. He was very professional and worked quickly. I highly recommend Zac and Precision Door Service and am so thankful for the prompt and superior work. When I need a garage door opener and in the future a new door, I will call this business.

Zac was my Tech. I called because the previous owner of the unit I purchased has somehow ripped the emergency release handle out of the trolley and jammed back in to make it look like it was functional. The home inspector did not find that...but that is another story. I called Precision because they had a location very close to my address. They said they could come right over, but I was out of town so they worked around my schedule. Zac arrived when he said he would and had what we thought were the correct parts. Unfortunately it was the shorter model but he did go back to the store and get the correct one within 20 minutes. Zac was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did a basic service on my garage door and pointed out some issues that may that to pop us since the door and opener are almost 10 years old, but no pressure to do it right then and there. When i need to have future service done on my garage door Precision will be the first people I call and I will ask for Zac to come and do the work.
