We had excellent service. Door locked down tight and could not get either vehicle out. Broken springs. Release would not work for us. We have medical issues here and we were in a panic. Rick was amazing at how well he got my banged up, crooked and squeaky garage door working like new in no time! I was glad I got a pro who knew what he is doing! I recently had a technician from Precision Garage Door out to the house for a general preventative maintenance service call. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also had a very professional look and attitude. Before starting the service work, he walked me through the entire process, highlighting particular areas that might be of concern. At the conclusion of the service, he gave me another walk-through outlining exactly what he did and why. He then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of some of the general safety features and settings on my 13 year old garage door and opener that will help them operate correctly, safely, effectively, and efficiently for years to come. He never tried to sell me anything, but was very knowledgable in making recommendations on specific things I asked about. All-in-all, a fantastic experience!!

Precision was out to repair our garage door openers in December. I'm just now getting around to doing a review - Another company installed three doors with openers. The openers never worked right. The original installers came out two times to try to fix the problem - unsuccessfully. Precision came out and worked on all three doors. We haven't had another problem. Professional excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Precision was able to come out within a matter of hours of calling them when we had a spring break first thing in the morning. Rick performed the repairs on our garage door. I accidentally back into our door knocking it off track and bending the frame. The weather was very cold and the door would not close. I called Rick and he was able to complete most of the repairs that same day, allowing us to close the door. Rick did and excellent job and any issues with our door in the future Rick will be the one I call. Thanks for a great job Rick.

Cable broke when I came home at night, snow the next day. I phoned on a Saturday morning and was able to have someone out that day. He was polite and did a great job of fixing the problem and checking other items to make sure all was in working order. I would definitely would use them again. Technician was both very knowledgeable and efficient. He was honest and did not try to oversell things that did not need replacement. He also did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. In addition to replacing the springs he tightened and "tuned up" the door such that it now works as good as new even though it is 15 years old.

Just as I had read before from another reviewer, Precision called me when they had a cancellation, so they were able to come a day earlier than the appointed date. Even the original appointment date was only a 2 day wait, but they literally came the day after I called them. The repaired the broken sprocket and looked over the entire garage door system and offered advice on future needs without being pushy. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.
