Review:
I saw a Precision commercial on 31 News. I requested a service call online and got a same day appointment. I got texts from the technician (Nick) 25 and 5 minutes out. He got me back in business within about 10 minutes. I guess my problem was trivial since I wasn't charged. He lubricated my door made some other adjustments. What a great experience! I will most definitely use Precision in the future.
