This is the third or fourth time I have used Precision. As usual, he explained what the problem was and actually showed me the problem. He came out with in 2 hours of my call which was great as I could not get my car out. Since it was a significant problem and charge, he waved the service call charge.

I would use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in a heartbeat! I researched the best overhead garage door service after the tension spring on one side of my garage door broke with a loud bang. Travis Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the best fix for my situation within five minutes. I agreed to the fix and he had it all done within a half an hour. This is an excellent company with highly trained reputable technicians. A five year warranty is not something you see very many of in today's businesses. These people are Olympic Gold quality. I highly recommend them.

Our technician was Travis, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He called in advance to confirm a time of arrival (he was ahead of schedule) and arrived promptly on a bitter cold morning to fix our broken garage door/opener. The problem was identified quickly and, even though it was only 10 degrees outside, he repaired the track mechanism, serviced the rollers, checked the balance and made sure everything was operational before finishing. We were grateful for the speedy response time and efficient service.

Last Friday, December 16, 2011 you sent Travis to my home at 10051 Heywood Lane. As a former tradesman and former construction superintendent I am very hard to please and very rarely trust people other than myself to work on my home. However, as time for me was short, and it was my birthday I decided to give you a try. Travis was on time, did the repair well beyond my expectation and impressed me with his professionalism, his positive attitude and his know-how. My garage door has never worked as well as after Travis repaired it, not even when it was new. Precision got me out of a jam at 8 o'clock in the evening when my garage door spring broke with 2 vehicles stuck in the garage. Travis had it fixed and working within 2 hours and my wife and daughter could go to work that next morning. Even made sure everything else was adjusted and working before he left.
