I would use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in a heartbeat! I researched the best overhead garage door service after the tension spring on one side of my garage door broke with a loud bang. Travis Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the best fix for my situation within five minutes. I agreed to the fix and he had it all done within a half an hour. This is an excellent company with highly trained reputable technicians. A five year warranty is not something you see very many of in today's businesses. These people are Olympic Gold quality. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I came home from work to find that my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. Travis came out and fixed our garage door within an hour. The Springs broke, and he also replaced the rollers. We can hardly hear the door operate now. He also took the time with my husband to program a new garage door opener that we've had for 3 months. Very nice and helpful technician. Thanks

Our technician was Travis, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He called in advance to confirm a time of arrival (he was ahead of schedule) and arrived promptly on a bitter cold morning to fix our broken garage door/opener. The problem was identified quickly and, even though it was only 10 degrees outside, he repaired the track mechanism, serviced the rollers, checked the balance and made sure everything was operational before finishing. We were grateful for the speedy response time and efficient service.

Last Friday, December 16, 2011 you sent Travis to my home at 10051 Heywood Lane. It's my pleasure to tell you that he was the friendliest, most helpful and efficient service provider I've ever had to my home. As a former tradesman and former construction superintendent I am very hard to please and very rarely trust people other than myself to work on my home. However, as time for me was short, and it was my birthday I decided to give you a try. Travis was on time, did the repair well beyond my expectation and impressed me with his professionalism, his positive attitude and his know-how. My garage door has never worked as well as after Travis repaired it, not even when it was new. As a business owner and general manager the thing I most want is to duplicate myself through my staff and further replicate the qualities that will grow and maintain our market. Precision got me out of a jam at 8 o'clock in the evening when my garage door spring broke with 2 vehicles stuck in the garage. Travis had it fixed and working within 2 hours and my wife and daughter could go to work that next morning. Even made sure everything else was adjusted and working before he left. My garage door fell off the tracks last night. I called this morning to see if I could get someone out for repairs. Within two hours, Bill met me at my house in Castle Pines. As I was leaving my house to take my kids to school and go to work I exited my garage before the door was completely up. I hit the door very hard with my car and it completely bent the door and panels. Bill from precision came out and wrestled with the door for about two hours and ended up fixing it. I thought I would for sure have to replace the entire door but he was able to get the existing door back in place. Thank you so much for the money you saved me!!
