The repair was quick, efficient, and effective. The technician was helpful, friendly, and honest; he helped me to know what to look for and how to keep my door working properly. Bill also made sure to take care of other things that would make my door work better and showed me how to do some preventative maintenance myself.

Last Friday, December 16, 2011 you sent Travis to my home at 10051 Heywood Lane. It's my pleasure to tell you that he was the friendliest, most helpful and efficient service provider I've ever had to my home. As a former tradesman and former construction superintendent I am very hard to please and very rarely trust people other than myself to work on my home. However, as time for me was short, and it was my birthday I decided to give you a try. Travis was on time, did the repair well beyond my expectation and impressed me with his professionalism, his positive attitude and his know-how. My garage door has never worked as well as after Travis repaired it, not even when it was new. As a business owner and general manager the thing I most want is to duplicate myself through my staff and further replicate the qualities that will grow and maintain our market. Travis is such a person for Precision. I hope you will groom him for an immediate management position and for an eventual leadership role with your company. This guy is straight up "Ë?money". I was very pleased with the promptness and professionalism displayed by my technician. We discussed the repairs that needed to be made, and he had all the equipment he needed on the truck with him. He even went above and beyond by replacing a burnt out bulb in my garage opener light! Overall excellent service and I will use again if needed.

Precision got me out of a jam at 8 o'clock in the evening when my garage door spring broke with 2 vehicles stuck in the garage. Travis had it fixed and working within 2 hours and my wife and daughter could go to work that next morning. Even made sure everything else was adjusted and working before he left. Great company and I would highly recommend them.

My garage door fell off the tracks last night. I called this morning to see if I could get someone out for repairs. Within two hours, Bill met me at my house in Castle Pines. He had the door repaired, significantly better than before it came off the tracks, in about an hour. Price very reasonable. I am very happy with the service.

I am very happy to write a review as I just received amazing support and service from Bill Nashwinter. A storm was blowing in and there was no way I could pick a door and have it put up in an hour. So, he brought out his equipment and put a band aid on my door until the storm blew over and I could address the problem. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.

Excellent one day service. Technician (Bill) arrived within the allocated time window and promptly completed the job. Old door was oiled, lubed and tightened plus broken parts replace on opener. All parts were on the truck. Door sounds and operates like a new one. Thanks Bill and entire Precision team.

As I was leaving my house to take my kids to school and go to work I exited my garage before the door was completely up. I hit the door very hard with my car and it completely bent the door and panels. Bill from precision came out and wrestled with the door for about two hours and ended up fixing it. I thought I would for sure have to replace the entire door but he was able to get the existing door back in place. Thank you so much for the money you saved me!!

Our spring broke on our garage door Friday night and we were unable to get out our car on Saturday. I called Precision at 8am and by 9am, Jake was on site and replaced the springs and wheels on our garage door. It works like brand new. Jake was professional, fast, made recommendations and did a great job in 45 minutes! All this and a discount! I would recommend them to anybody who needs their garage door fixed and the first place I will call if I should ever need garage door repair in the future.

I had a good experience with this company. They did not try to get me to spend extra money for things I didn't need. I was able to get a ball park figure for my broken spring from the representative on the phone. The price the technician quoted and charged me was what I expected based upon that ballpark figure. The service was fast and friendly, the price was competitive and my garage door is operating better and quieter than it did before the spring broke. I would definitely work with these people again.
