Needed to have our garage door repaired, and a friend recommended Precision-thank goodness! I would certainly recommend that you ask for Jake. He's a nice guy who does a great job and pays attention to every detail. He was here a couple of years ago to replace the garage door. At that time, the motor was working just fine so we agreed I'd keep it. This past month the motor gave up, so they sent someone else to put in a new motor. He tinkered with it and left. The next day I called back and right away Jake came back with a new motor and all the solid and remote openers I could ever use. This company sees that the customer is happy with their job. I will certainly call them again! Ask for Jake!
