Our garage door spring broke on Sunday @ 10:30 am. We called Precision door service informing them both cars were stuck inside with no way to open door. They had a appt for Monday 8 am . We were happy, than Bill called and said they could be there Sunday @2:30. Donavan showed up on time , was professional and had the door working in about 90 min. After fixing a broken spring and replacing rollers and cables, our door started making scraping noises. Tom came back and found that our springs were sagging and rubbing on the rod, making the noise. Tom figured out a way to use some strapping to hold up the springs and this fixed the problem. Definitely a MacGyver - like solution. Much appreciated.

Bobby Rubesne was very knowledgeable and professional in the way that he had to "clean-up" another garage door companies mess that they left me. (Of course it was out of the other companies warranty period) I didn't want another mess so I contacted Precision and Bobby fixed everything by installing the correct springs that the other company failed to do. My appointment was between 10:00 and 12:00. Tom called me around 8:20 and said he could be at my house just before 9:00, which worked out better for my schedule. Today he installed a new sensor. He was also out last year to install a new Spring. He definitely knows what he is doing and does quality work! I won't go anywhere else for garage door repairs.

Two door openers had failed. One was mechanical - part failure; the other was the remote control. I saw an article/ad listing many complements for Precision’s outstanding treatment of customers and service. They were able to come the next morning. They replaced the “failed” unit and fixed the remote control issue in an amazing short time. As advertised - amazing service, excellent price.
