Two door openers had failed. One was mechanical - part failure; the other was the remote control. I saw an article/ad listing many complements for Precision’s outstanding treatment of customers and service. They were able to come the next morning. They replaced the “failed” unit and fixed the remote control issue in an amazing short time. As advertised - amazing service, excellent price.

Hi, Ben, The original door was a Precision installed door, so we inherited the info when we bought the house. For me...the professionalism and courtesy of the tech stood out. Plus he drove from Estes in a blinding snow storm keeping me informed as to his time of arrival. He installed spring, gears etc since the bearings were shot. All good! Plus, he arrived the day after I called...Martin Luther King day. You guys are the best...smiling the whole time. Thank you, Don Five stars..

Best possible service! My garage door opener stopped working. Called Precision. Tom analyzed the old opener. Determined circuit board had stopped working. Had a new garage door opener installed in 45 minutes. Even helped me program Homelink.

Great service! Bobby came over the morning after Thanksgiving to replace the springs on one of my garage doors, and also installed a new opener for the other. Everything went well, from scheduling the appointment to completing the job. Would use them again if I need to and would recommend Precision!

Tom was very punctual, polite, professional and efficient! Each step along the way, he informed me of what he found that needed attention and asked for my input regarding the repairs (along with pricing), so there were no surprises when he was finished and the bill was due. MY ORIGINAL APPT. WAS FOR BETWEEN 12-2.. TOM CALLED ME AROUND 7:30 A.M. AND SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8 A.M. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME..HE WAS HERE PROMPTLY AT 8 A.M. HE IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT I HAD A BROKEN SPRING..THE BEARINGS NEEDED TO REPLACED AS WELL..I ASKED HIM HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND HE SAID 45 MIN.. IT ONLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 35 MIN.. HE IS A PRO AT HIS WORK AND VERY FRIENDLY..HE DIDN'T SEEM TO MIND THAT I ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS.. GREAT JOB TOM.. THANK YOU.. I WILL USE PRECISION IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED..

Outstanding service. Tom was prompt and professional. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way and what his exact arrival time would be. He then arrived precisely on time. He diagnosed the problem efficiently. Tom then performed the work quickly. He made sure in advance that I understood what he would do and how much it would cost, and made sure afterwards that I was happy with his work and that I understood how to operate my new equipment. Tom arrived a couple of hours after our first call to install a new garage door opener. He took only about an hour to install the new unit along with an external key pad. Very courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions. I clicked on the 5-Star icon but didn't see any change so I hope that part of my review is received.

Mr. Tom Lathrop installed a new garage opener. He called before arriving and arrived within a few minutes of his estimated arrival time. Not only did he install the opener but he also adjusted the tension springs and repaired the attaching rod to the door which had been damaged. Tom lubricated all hinges and cleaned up and removed the scrap parts. He was finished in less that an hour. Great job.
