MY ORIGINAL APPT. WAS FOR BETWEEN 12-2.. TOM CALLED ME AROUND 7:30 A.M. AND SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8 A.M. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME..HE WAS HERE PROMPTLY AT 8 A.M. HE IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT I HAD A BROKEN SPRING..THE BEARINGS NEEDED TO REPLACED AS WELL..I ASKED HIM HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE AND HE SAID 45 MIN.. IT ONLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 35 MIN.. HE IS A PRO AT HIS WORK AND VERY FRIENDLY..HE DIDN'T SEEM TO MIND THAT I ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS.. GREAT JOB TOM.. THANK YOU.. I WILL USE PRECISION IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED..

Outstanding service. Tom was prompt and professional. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way and what his exact arrival time would be. He then arrived precisely on time. Tom arrived a couple of hours after our first call to install a new garage door opener. He took only about an hour to install the new unit along with an external key pad. Very courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions. I clicked on the 5-Star icon but didn't see any change so I hope that part of my review is received.

Mr. Tom Lathrop installed a new garage opener. He called before arriving and arrived within a few minutes of his estimated arrival time. Not only did he install the opener but he also adjusted the tension springs and repaired the attaching rod to the door which had been damaged. Tom lubricated all hinges and cleaned up and removed the scrap parts. He was finished in less that an hour. Great job.

I've had them out twice now, once to fix a broken spring and this latest one to replace the opener. They are fast, do great work at a fair price. I remarked to the technician how much I appreciated his work as not everyone I have do work on my house seems to care. These guys will do you right.
