I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Mike Danner. I was informed by Bill when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous, however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it afterall.

Travis Scott called ahead of time and came within the window I was given when I arranged the appointment. He quickly assessed the problem and recommended the corrective action which involved not just cables but two new rollers. He gave me prices for approval and completed the work. Travis showed up between the agreed upon time of 10 AM - 12 PM. I needed a tuneup on my garage door opener. The rollers were no longer rolling, and the chain on the drive shaft was also experiencing issues. Travis explained to my wife and I our options. We decided to replace the rollers as well as the garage door opener. Travis completed the work in a timely manner, and was a professional in his interactions with my wife and I. When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found Precision's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door break with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use Precision Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. Needless to say, Precision Door will be my go-to from here on out. Thanks so much for your excellent service and quality products!!!
