I was extremely satisfied with the emergency service provided by Precision Garage Door. I had locked myself out of the garage - and presumably, my purse was in the car, so I had no time to waste. It was not yet 11am, and I was given a 12pm-2pm window. My technician called me at 11:30 and showed up 15 minutes early! I had the battery replaced in the keypad at no charge; installed a new cable (to open manually); replaced the weather stripping on the door; and bought a second remote. I simply could not have been more pleased with the promptness and efficiency that my call was handled. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door needs.

These guys are great. My garage door had been installed improperly before we bought the house, and this caused the opener to start malfunctioning, and basically quit. That's when I called Precision. The door and opener had so many issues that it took a couple of trips to get everything fixed. But they worked around my schedule, and took care of everything. This included changing the tension system on the door and repairing the opener. Now everything works great, and it's so quiet. Can't believe how nice it is now. Thanks Guys!

Your emergency repair service prompted my selection. My garage door would not open, with my car parked (trapped) inside at 6pm. I had an important appointment at 7am the next morning. Your technician, Robert, was able to come to my home by 7pm and was able to replace the damaged spring and overhaul the 20 yr old opener, which included replacing all the rollers, all before 8:30pm. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Phenomenal service in repairing our garage door. Robert replaced the springs and tuned up our door while providing some excellent advice on how to keep the door working in top condition. Never a great time for a garage door repair, but it makes it easier when the service is done professionally.

Although the fix on my garage door problem was nothing more than a leaf in the sensor by the door, the technician fixed it and did do some routine maintenance while he was at my house. He was also informative about future issues and I appreciated that he did not try to inflate the price or repairs that were needed as with some other companies that I have out. Very professional. I will call this company for future problems first.......

Travis was great. First, he thoughtfully called to let me know he was running a little late. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. All of the necessary parts were in stock on his truck. The service took only about 40 minutes and the results were as promised. The garage door was updated and actually better than new. Called on Thursday, 10/4/12, for a broken spring on my garage door. By Friday morning Bill Nashwinter arrived to repair the spring. He did a complete inspection and found some other issues that needed attention, bearings and new roller wheels. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. He then explained all of the issues he had uncovered, and the cost to repair each. I was pleased that he explained why certain repairs were more important to make promptly, while others could be postponed. No pressure or up-selling. He was obviously an expert with regard to each item. When the repairs to be made were agreed upon, Travis completed them quickly. Along the way, he also did a couple of extra small things (Travis has high standards for his work), for no charge. Great job, friendly, professional service, and a fair price that was fully explained beforehand. Couldn't ask for more. We confidently recommend Travis to others.
