I chose Precision garage door because of an offer through Amazon. I was very pleased with the service until the door stuck and would not go up or down. I called Percision and the very next day a technicion was there to fix the problem. I think it was Robert who came to fix the door. I wish to commend Robert very highly. He rearanged the cables, adjusted other things, lubed the screw etc, and now my door works like a charm. He did a very good job.

The service that I had was the Amazon $99.00 special. Rollers were replaced with nylon ones, springs were adjusted for proper tension and all other pivot joints were lubricated. The door now sounds like new. Robert did an excellent job and was very pleasant while on site. My only disappointment was that the special did not include greasing the internal plastic gears inside my door opener. However, I am a happy customer and will recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Our garage door got out of level, and a cable came loose. Called a couple of other garage door companies to fix but was told it would be the next day. Called Precision at 9 am and by noon that same day, they had a serviceman out to repair. He was on time and had the door repaired within 15 minutes. Great Service...would absolutely recommend.

Fabulous service. Unfortunately I don't recall the gentleman's name who came but he called to see if he could come earlier than anticipated - which meant I didn't have to stay home all day and could get to other errands. Called last minute on a wed nite and got a call back first thing in AM. sent out a tech and the job was finished in 30min. Robert found the problem right away and as we spoke I know that another company might have tried to sell me a new opener for the problem was not apparent at first inspection, but with a little knowledge, he found the broken wire and was fixed in a flash...will and have recommended your company to all my neighbors and co-workers

I had Precision replace a broken spring about 4 years ago and was completely satisfied with the same day response and service provided. Recently the door had gotten out of adjustment to the point where a cable had come off the pulley with my vehicle stuck in the garage. It is a heavy insulated door and no way I could open it. I called Precision and Bill responded that morning sooner than expected. He fully explained the problem and the work he was performing, and had it working like new in a short time. As previously, it is obvious these folks know their business. Precision provides great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
