We were introduced to Precision through a deal offered by AAA Colorado for a garage door opener servicing. We trusted AAA to recommend a company and we were not disappointed. The technician was friendly and worked quickly. He made sure our garage door and opener were in good condition and then serviced it and it works great.

The service technician was great. He showed me how to take lubricate the door. He showed me how to install a bumper when I buy one later. He changed the burnt out lightbulbs. I am giving 4 stars because the scheduler was rude.

Glad that you asked, I was going to call you and tell you that Jake did a great job checking out the problem on our garage door. It was too noisy and so he lubed everything. I chose Precision garage door because of an offer through Amazon. I was very pleased with the service until the door stuck and would not go up or down. I called Percision and the very next day a technicion was there to fix the problem. I think it was Robert who came to fix the door. I wish to commend Robert very highly. He rearanged the cables, adjusted other things, lubed the screw etc, and now my door works like a charm. He did a very good job.

The service that I had was the Amazon $99.00 special. Rollers were replaced with nylon ones, springs were adjusted for proper tension and all other pivot joints were lubricated. The door now sounds like new. Robert did an excellent job and was very pleasant while on site. My only disappointment was that the special did not include greasing the internal plastic gears inside my door opener. However, I am a happy customer and will recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Our garage door got out of level, and a cable came loose. Called a couple of other garage door companies to fix but was told it would be the next day. Called Precision at 9 am and by noon that same day, they had a serviceman out to repair. He was on time and had the door repaired within 15 minutes. Great Service...would absolutely recommend.

Just back from a trip; it was a Saturday. Found garage door spring broken. This was a warranty situation. Called and was immediately given the time a technician would be out. Tech assigned was in Aurora, so I was assigned one of the managers who was at my house literally within minutes of my call. The service received was very professional and way more than I expected. I would recommend your company without hesitation.
