I placed the appointment. Great customer service. Excellent communication with appointment time and arrival time. Very punctual. I wasn't present when the service tech arrived, but my wife was. My wife told me the tech was professional and repaired our tension spring and cables quickly and efficiently. She said he didn't try selling her any equipment and services other than what was needed to fix the problem at hand. I also found that Precision's rates beat 3 other local competitors. Tom came out to look at our garage door because it would not open or close. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the door, it just had to be reset. Tom helped us reset the door, and didn't charge us anything for the service call. He was also friendly, courteous, and honest. Outstanding experience!
