Tom came out to look at our garage door because it would not open or close. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the door, it just had to be reset. Tom helped us reset the door, and didn't charge us anything for the service call. He was also friendly, courteous, and honest. Outstanding experience!

I'd been putting off having my jammed garage door repaired because I thought it would cost more than I could afford, but I had to bite the bullet because I needed some things stored in my garage. I contacted Precision based on the reviews I read on their website. Tom arrived at the scheduled time and had my door fixed in about an hour, at a price much lower than I anticipated. Excellent service.

Tom came to our house, listened to the explanation and fixed it in seconds. Just out of adjustment. And for that, there was no charge. I placed the appointment. Great customer service. Excellent communication with appointment time and arrival time. Very punctual. I wasn't present when the service tech arrived, but my wife was. My wife told me the tech was professional and repaired our tension spring and cables quickly and efficiently. She said he didn't try selling her any equipment and services other than what was needed to fix the problem at hand. I also found that Precision's rates beat 3 other local competitors. Great rates and excellent service-can't beat a better package. Thanks for the professional customer service! We look forward to using Precision for our future needs.
