Only one broken spring. Guy didn't have that spring type, so replaced both with another type. Turned up on time. Fast. Door working fine after 1 month.

Most garage doors will have two springs but some older doors have a odd size or special order part. The springs are usually installed in pairs and should be replaced together, as the life spans of the springs will be similar. This improves your warranty and lowers the cost for each spring. I placed the appointment. Great customer service. Excellent communication with appointment time and arrival time. Very punctual. I wasn't present when the service tech arrived, but my wife was. My wife told me the tech was professional and repaired our tension spring and cables quickly and efficiently. She said he didn't try selling her any equipment and services other than what was needed to fix the problem at hand. I also found that Precision's rates beat 3 other local competitors. Tom came out to look at our garage door because it would not open or close. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the door, it just had to be reset. Tom helped us reset the door, and didn't charge us anything for the service call. He was also friendly, courteous, and honest. Outstanding experience!

Precision is the best! Our garage door froze shut this winter and we couldn't use it. Since our driveway is so steep, I called and needed same day service. Great Company!!!! Garage door went "Belly Up" last night .... Called Precision @ 10:00 this AM and they had it fixed by 1:30. Complete overhaul @ a great price. If my memory was better I'd give a great review on the service rep as well but can't remember his name.
