It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly. Jessie was very polite and professional. He represents the company well. I would call Precision Garage Door again. Thanks for everything.

Jesse was the technician who worked on my garage door today. His previous appointment finished early so he called and asked, very politely and almost apologizing, if he could come early. I had been warned that my opener was on its last leg so I wasn’t surprised that it needed to be replaced, and it died as I opened the door to let Jesse in. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Jesse took the old opener & all the packaging with him, left my garage spotless, and I’m so very pleased

One of the tension springs had broken on my garage door. Jessie was a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went. The springs were replaced, a few other worn parts needed replaced as was discovered in his thorough inspection. All needed parts were on his truck. I am planning on replacing this entire door next year and will use Precision Door Service without a doubt.

My garage door spring broke, I called Precision. My technician was Jessie. He did a great job, was prompt, professional and courteous. He had it repaired and also looked at the other door and pointed out that the cable was frayed and could snap. He returned the next day and took care of that. Great service. Prompt, professional, courteous. Don't think our gears were shredded on our old motor, but decided to replace it because our garage door motor was 17 years old and we were having problems with the remotes in our cars and the keypad opener. Jesse had a new motor and all accessories and installed it immediately. It's belt driven and unbelievably quiet. Love our new garage door opener! Thank you!
